The objective of this dissertation is to examine whether toxic leadership practices exists or not in nonprofit organizations in Orange County, and if it does exist, to explore how these practices impact turnover intention and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Another objective is to explore the influence of employee engagement on those relationships. Questions that address the objectives:
1. How are conceptions of toxic leadership played out – or not played out in non-profit context?
2. What kind of interpersonal dynamics exist, and how it affects employees’ OCB?
3. What are the reasons for employees to remain with a nonprofit organization despite poor leadership behaviors?
4. What information, opinions, and beliefs are exchanged

This essay is a deconstruction of the film Professor Oppressor. My role on this module was Writer and Director of Photography. Professor Oppressor is about a Supervillan who has recently moved to Winchester and is waiting for the newspaper to see if his evil bidding has made the news. We used my personal Black Magic Pocket Cinema Camera for the shoot, I chose the High Quality ProRes to shoot in as it provides the right amount of detail and is a small file than shooting in RAW.
Chapter 4 of DeBerry’s (2010) dissertation described data collection and analysis, demographic characteristics of the participants, and results broken down by each of her four research questions. In Chapter 5, DeBerry (2010) summarized her findings on leadership style in a unionized governmental organization, summarized her research related to non-government organizations, and compared her study to Kest’s (2007) study. She then added a discussion of how current economic challenges in Detroit and city government in particular influenced her research and a discussion of her results in general. Next, she shared implications and limitations of her research along with recommendations for further study before her final concluding remarks.

The leadership role at a brand new community hospital can be very challenging, and can even require from the best of leaders to reevaluate their leadership styles. In my business ethics class, we learned that a good leader must establish corporate values and promote corporate ethics. They must embrace change, stress accountability, and responsibility. One of the biggest problems for Americans right now is the direction in which our country is headed due to poor leadership from our government. This problem has been affecting the American people deeply over the last few years and is only going to get worse. The effects of this poor leadership are the the growing debt in our country, poor health care regulations causing high premiums and forcing punishments upon people who self pay, illegal immigrants at an all time high, not enough money spent for education, and terrorist groups causing fear to Americans. These problems have been caused by the recent politicians we have elected for not only president but all of the branches of government. The best solutions to fix these problems are electing new government officials and a new president that will make changes and fix the problems that need fixing. The other alternative solutions would be the American people taking action and making the government realize that we want change. These problems have to be addressed now because the longer they are put on hold the worse the problems could be become.
Bullying is a serious problem in our society today. There are many examples in the world, either in direct contact or through social network to harass peers. Bullying can leave many different effects on child’s development, and adulthood as well. Bullying not only affect physical health, it also can affect mental health. The effects bullying can have on its victims is something that may last throughout their lives, or something that may end their life. Violence can be psychological, economic, physical, and sexual. Bullying can affect your brain and body. There is also workplace bullying, which became international problem. Children hood bullying can leave lifelong scars.
