First of all, education can both promote social change and personal well-being and contribute to build a democratic society. (Aikman&Unterhalter, 2007).Beside that, education is also consider as fundamental human right to promote personal freedom and wit-it the power to choose ones’ own individual future and also the future of their own country. Therefore, it is believed that education provide equality right between genders. However in the past, women are continuously discriminated against in accessing education and within education system. Hence, many laws policy like Title IX is intended to eliminate gender discrimination issues in education like school-based violence, child marriage, early pregnancy and discriminatory gender norms. Sports as well as game can refresh a person minds and strengthen the body. Moreover, achievement in sport competition can enhance the image of the nation into glory. Therefore, both women and men have the equivalent participation rates in sports. For example, there are 35.8% of the events like Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton and Hockey on the London 2012 Olympic programme were equal for men and women, whereas 32.5% and 39.7% are for men and women events. This had proved that both women and men have given the equal rights to participate in sports activities. The employment opportunities should be equally implemented to both males and females. In the same way, women should be provided with equal opportunities in related to job security, promotion, other benefits such as training and career achievement. The achievement of gender equality in the workplace is not only unbiased, but also very crucial for the productivity in a business organization as well as to a nation. Besides that, gender equality can increase the productivity and can smoothen the operation of the companies and institutions. In 2004, male and female almost completely dominated various occupations. To illustrate, men occur in construction and engineering side while women were active in service and office job. Furthermore, men and women are often represented equally in higher and academic level position (Beckers, 2005). Thus men and women are treated equally, this may help to diversify with various perspectives and broaden the mindset indirectly. It can be observed in marketing, design, administrative, and legislative fields when male and female participation is balanced.
