The Secret Monologue

“ Ugh! I hate you!” I screamed at my older sister, Rachel. “ Why did mom and dad leave me home alone with someone such an immature 13 year old,” Rachel groaned back at me, rolling her eyes. The kitchen making the sounds echo. “I cannot believe you still think that it’s my fault mom and dad didn’t let you go to Lindsey’s house, it’s not my fault they took both cars so I couldn’t take you! Plus I just got my license!” Rachel screamed trying to explain herself. “ Why are you so mean to me! I sulked into my bedroom and slammed my door hoping Rachel would hear me. Mom and dad banned me from an hour each night from being on my phone and I still blame it on Rachel. All of my friends were hanging out tonight and I still didn’t understand why Rachel couldn’t have just dropped me off. All of a sudden I heard a thud and our old house creaked and shook the windows for a split second.
