When I was a kid, my father used to tell me “If there is anything that I need to overcome it would be fear, fear of losing, fear of facing, fear of trying new things, anything that includes that one-word fear. When I can overcome that one-word fear, then nothing would be impossible for me.”
And that’s exactly the words I always remember in my life, “fear” is not just a word, for some people, it’s their harsh reality of life, they lived with the word fear, and that’s led them to develop a low self-image about themselves.
A Truth that you need to know, everybody doubt himself, it’s just that those who are happy and successful they just overcome it well, and those who don’t, they always lived with that low self-image. It’s always your choice

Fear is a thing that strikes someone at heart. This man had overcame it in such a way it moved many people and had became another thing that this man has overcome. It sure will not be the last of it.As Wiesel said “Hunger—thirst—fear—transport—selection—fire—chimney: these words all have intrinsic
Award-winning author Mandy Hale once stated, “Without negativity, life would be amazing.” However, this statement does not always prove to be true. Today’s modern community generates a judgement that negative experiences will ruin your life, but studies show that negativity can actually result in positive change. For example, negativity can positively change teenagers actions, introduce teenager’s to more supportive environments, and help fix broken relationships.
“When you say 'fear of the unknown', that is the definition of fear; fear is the unknown, fear is what you do not know, and it's genetically within us so that we feel safe. We feel scared of the woods because we're not familiar with it, and that keeps you safe.” – M. Night Shyamalan
In conclusion, it is essential that fear is conquered in order to survive. Fear manifests when the boy’s lives are on the line, and fear of the beast confirms the nature of evil. Fear is an unpleasant emotion with the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat. It is important to realize that society as it is can manifest many fears, but to survive one must conquer them. Our fears can range and vary at many different levels: from fear of the dark, and to fear for your life. To become better people, we must not let our fears consume us and instead, overcome them.
In the words of Bertrand Russell, “Fear is the main source of superstition, and one of the main sources of cruelty. To conquer fear is the beginning of wisdom” (Russell). Fear causes many problems in our lives. Fear influences many of a person’s actions and decisions. However, people usually regret the decisions or actions they made out of fear. Also, these actions and decisions can cause problems for those people in their future. Fear is a harmful emotion, for it clouds people’s judgement, disables them from taking action, and causes them to make decisions that they will regret later.
Stop what you are doing, clear your mind, and focus only on your breath. When your thoughts begin to wonder, refocus and bring them back to your breath. This seems like a simple task, but most of us struggle to clear our minds for more than a few moments. Today’s fast-paced and technology driven culture constantly bombards our senses and more importantly, our thoughts. Our thoughts are constantly commandeered by fantasies, anxieties, and worries. We spend most of our time reliving past events and pondering the future. We spend work days feeling resentful, wishing we were anywhere else. We sit through family dinners thinking about all the chores that need to be finished. We worry about attending the class reunion because we aren’t sure what everyone will think. We do all of these things rather than focus on the experiences happening right here and now. Most of us are aware of this behavior, and yet we do it anyway. We spend very little time in the present moment, not for lack of want
The word fear makes my mind draw a blank. I am trying to make sense of it but I can not, at least not for everyone. It is a word that is left up to a person’s digression. It almost seems unfair to have a clear cookie-cutter definition of what it is. The word is too broad to be sectioned off by one definition.
Stated by psychologist, Dr. Vince Berger, fear is an in-built survival mechanism. A person is born only with two in-bornfears: the fear of falling and the fear of loud noise; the rest of a person’s fears are learned. Psychiatrist, Maxie Clarence Maultsby, introduced the concept of four fatal fears: the fear of failure, the fear of rejection, the fear of being wrong and the fear of being emotionally uncomfortable. Maultsby, along with other Psychiatrist, believe these ...
The term self confidence essentially means to have trust and faith in oneself. A self confident person in a sense is able to act on opportunities, face challenges, and take on difficult situations without the fear of failing. Similarly to how the foundation of a successful experience is confidence, the foundation of confidence is also one and/or multiple successful experience(s). The title explores this phenomenon by stating that humans are only confident within themselves and/or their knowledge when they have little else to base their conclusions upon. The notion that humans became less self-assured through the formation of a strengthened awareness may seem to be inconsistent. However, when one reaches into the bucket of worldly knowledge they then must pull away from their own minds; in turn causing their former outlook to be altered. This lead me to consider the means in which the world may influence an individual, and thus question: in what ways can one’s actions be shaped by mankind? Using my

...ke manifest the glory of god that is within us". It's our passions that cause us to fear because we don't want to fail. Instead of putting yourself down in fear of failure, work to your full potential as a way to overcome and defeat the fear of failure. We must believe in ourselves and not let the outcomes that come with success get to our heads and scare us. We're born for a reason and should do what we can that will bring us opportunities to achieve our goals. Fear of failure can cause one to miss great opportunities but could also open our eyes to other doors.
Kindness is the key to most everything. Being kind means taking the high road, even when someone has wronged you. It means serving other people, even under inconvenient circumstances. It involves looking for the good in others, and even helping them to see the good in themselves. Kindness is spreading happiness to make other’s day better and by making them smile. Kindness is defending those who are picked on by others, sitting by those who are lonely, and saying hi to someone in the hall. Kindness is being someone who wants to build up those around them.
A reflection of the self is an important tool to use to figure out whether or not your self-concept provides you with a positive self-esteem. First ask yourself, ‘who am I?’ and once you figure that out, determine if your perception of yourself is a positive one. If it’s not positive, you might want to consider making a change very quickly in order to live a fulfilling life. An even more important tool is to compare your own self-concept to the perception others have of you. I interviewed four people and asked them three questions. Those questions were as follows. “How do you perceive me physically? How do you perceive me socially? How do you perceive me psychologically?” Their overall physical perception of me is, I am beautiful,

"Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy." - Dale Carnegie
