Successful TQM implementation effects wide opportunity which is the main intentions to progresses of the organizational performance sustainability (Tan et al., 2015). In the literature many researchers has researched to the association between TQM principles and organizational performance has a direct and significant effect of them (Sinha, Garg, & Dhall, 2016). So it contained that, in the literature showed that TQM has a positive effect on organizational performance (Shafiq et al., 2017). Therefore, hypothesize 1 that:
