We spent lots of time together. Probably we spent more and more time in the meeting hall. We discussed on companies plans, schemes. Everybody shares their ideas, views, knowledge and experience. It was nice experience for me. It was long and nice communication. Because of the space people communicate with each other, spent time with each other which results good relation they become supportive, respectful, cooperative, helpful, trustworthy and finally this all creates strong bonding. It changes the mentality and perception towards one another. We were always encouraged and appreciated by our bosses and managers. Our leader gave training about the social values and social ethics. The space of my organization communicate shows the so many things. Every employee of my organization using all social networking sites. Whenever they were free they use the space of the company and communicate with the other employee. We communicate with our clients with the Email. We communicate with our staff members, colleagues, managers, bosses and many more. Most of the time we informed our manager or boss about our leave or any emergency with the help of cell phones. There are slow adoption rates for internal corporate social networks for many reasons. Although management and organization plays a role, the technology factor is the main reasons why employees are refusing to use these internal networks. With the rate at which technology is becoming more and more advanced, social networking systems are constantly updating their software and user interface (Laudon & Laudon, 2013).
