I have my coding skills about C++, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. This means that I can analysis the problem to write and develop a code for generating a work. The next is my knowledge. I learned Object Oriented Programming, Algorithm and Database Management System course, so this can help me to apply my knowledge with the work about algorithm and using SQL. It will indicate that I can be the best IT staff. The first is my senior project. I created an application about exercising and entertainment to elders by using accelerometer sensor to detect the movement when elder holds the smartphone and exercising by using Java language on Android Studio program. The second project is Computer Graphic. I created 3D of plane in world of sky box from C++ language on Microsoft Visual Studio. This is the example picture from my project. The third project is Object-Oriented Programming by I wrote Java language and GUI interface that showed and calculated the information of student in Faculty of ICT on Eclipse program. The final project is Web programming. I made a website by applied with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL to construct a new website. This is how exactly website look like. It can keep the data of ordering from user and show the receipt to user after they ordered
In order for effective cooperative learning to occur five essential elements are needed; positive interdependence, face-to-face interactions, individual accountability, social skills and group processing. (Johnson, 1999, p. 70-71). Social skills being the foundation to achieving all other elements required, without this set of skills the individual learner will find it difficult to cooperate with others. Thompson (1996) “social skills are paramount to applying cooperative learning to academic tasks” (p. 84).
By working together there is information sharing, improve safety and quality also collaboration gives knowledge to other professionals. (Littlechild and Smith, 2013).what I have learned through working in partnership with other professionals was creating a poster related to what each professional does. Some of the professionals I did not know how exactly they work together in partnership. Example: I was not aware of how a radiology would work with a social work and the outcome of that was that Radiology develop and maintain collaborative relationship with medical colleagues and participates in regular meetings with other professionals activities to meet the needs of a service users therefore they collaborate with Social Workers. By doing a poster and delivering information I learned a lot from the other team members, shared experiences knowledge and skills with other group members. Group work made me realise how it is very important to work in multi-displinary team, the benefit of it and what others can benefit from. During the poster each of the student was from different professional however we all had the question but each had to look at it in each profession perspectives. This gave an opportunity to everyone to go and search for each professional and communicate with the rest of the group the outcome of the presentation. Another beneficial skill that I can incorporate in human service is the ability to work and interact well with diverse cultures and groups. This skill can be implied when working with diverse groups of clients or other professionals in an interdisciplinary team. Moreover, I am able to work and facilitate cooperation with other professions and respect the different areas of knowledge and expertise. This would also include expanding potential networks with people outside the organization, as well as building further rapport with staff, including my supervisor.

Throughout my senior project I have learned a collection of different things about me. I have learned that I disgust work that I find is unnecessary. If I find the work to be unnecessary I would just shut down and get aggravated. I also realized that I’m the type of person to try to do something, but if I don’t get it I will eventually just give up. I just think the task at hand is not for me. However, I cannot have that type of attitude towards the senior project, because this senior project determines if I will graduate on time. I realize my attitude is my biggest problem when it comes to my work, because it gets in the way of my work. Before starting the university my working with others was sometimes effective and sometimes not very effective depending on the people I worked with, on the topic or area we had to work on. In sixth form I got on well with everybody in my class and working with them was not difficult. For example once me and two other students had to make a PowerPoint presentation on smoking. We worked together in planning what information will be included in the PowerPoint and who will write about what, what other materials we will need such as leaflets and who will get them. So before creating the PowerPoint presentation we planned everything together. Once the PowerPoint was created we then decided the number of slides each of us will read and talk about. So here I worked with others effectively and our PowerPoint presentation was successful.
These skills are very important if life. Working well with others is always a much-needed

Working with people in a group gave me opportunity to learn qualities like time management, problem solving strategies, and teamwork. During my dental school, I was active member of the organising committee of cultural events, where I got a chance meet different people to organize annual sports and cultural events that helped me to work and communicate cooperatively with people of different ages, gender, race, religion or political persuasion. During Internship period in the dental school, I was exposed to dental screening and treatment camps in surrounding communities. While organizing such camps, with limited number of students and time and time we successfully treated more than 1300 patients which was greatest accomplishment for our team.
