The public schools that provide food to all students are not the most delicious dishes ever. Throughout my high school experience I have tasted several foods which are not very delightful, Some cause stomach ache and headache. Therefore, I find myself not eating that food and not considering as my go to meals. Numerous of my fellow classmates would agree with me, and they provide themselves with their own lunches. It would be very generous if the school put some money into the food, we are consuming. Various of the foods are what gives you energy to still be wide awake in class and be very productive. My concern is if other bad foods out there causes heart disease, diabetes and cancer, which are not good for you depending on what you eat, but if the school lunches are worse or the same as others and causes people to be sicker, than it should be solved. In addition to the article “No Lunch Left Behind” by Alice Waters and Katrina Heron it concludes that teens from 2-19 consume high amounts of sugar sweets a year. The money that the school does not use on spending in our school lunches should be used more wisely. The right thing, the school should do is perform a better high quality gymnastic class for all students to stay active and be precisely more healthy. I believe staying active for half an hour isn’t enough, maybe running three times a week for, with a minimum of one hour should be fair enough. Now my main goal for all student is to eat healthy and eat as much vegetables, fruits, and enough water as close to 6-8 bottles of water. If schools would negotiate about my subject matter then, the school should spend on buying fresh food and at least selling it the
