Also, the key to communicating effectively is learning to engage in listening. It takes two people a sender and a receiver to communicate. Effective communicators avoid distractions and focus on more than just the pronounced word. Additionally, they evaluate body language and tone of voice for signs to gauge whether their intended buyer comprehends the message. Skilled communicators in the workplace also inspire to open feedback, identifying that communication is a constant process. For instance, when I sold the goods to the customer and it is successful because I (sender) give the impressive message to the customer (receiver) so the customer bought goods by conveyance from the sender without any disturb. Furthermore, my other strength is good at interpersonal skills. The interpersonal skills are the life skills we use to communicate and interact with other people, both separately and in groups. The reason for advance knowledge is know more common sense and critical information give the better result in workplace or social life. According to get more knowledge, I should read books, newspapers and leading articles set up as common sense. If you understand the workplace country culture, late teamwork will be excellent by some understanding culture activity. Moreover, I could make decent advertisements that are suitable in the country. However, I should improve English, which is 2nd language because English is official language in the whole countries. Without good English people cannot get careers. Therefore, I have no choice to not learning English. During the study, my goal is not only speaking fluent in English but be able to communicate with high-end phrases. Nowadays, two languages are not adequate for companies. They want at least 3 to 4 languages are available speak fluent and written well. Thus, I am learning mandarin as the Chinese economy dramatically increased so China must have bigger opportunity for huge markets and business or advertising to enter the market. The mandarin give benefit like able to work in international company and possibly it will lead to hire by wanted company like Cheil world wide. Another strength that I have is being an active listener. I listened to my clients and utilized a lot of micro skills.
