Strategic personality –
Internal/external strengths – Core contracting ethos is well known and needs little definition. PK is seen as business advisors across the installation. PKX has many employees that like to serve others.
Internal/external weaknesses – No real stated goal, vision, mission. Seems to be a lot of time spent dealing with differences in strong personalities. A lot of time is consumed with non-work related tasks.

I will need to be careful and make sure the goals are realistic and achievable and that my tactics are transparent. Specifically, I am going to run through the book Personality Plus for Work, with the PKX employees so that we all understand our personalities better and in turn provide good feedback to our coworkers and our customers. I specifically would like to use my strength in the area of organization to make sure we have a clear delineation on the duties of the FOG administration and the support staff in PKX. Communication needs to improve between myself and the deputy director in regards to the duties and responsibilities and tenant expectations of the PKX chief position. I feel that this position has been developed around a particular personality and it needs to be developed around the goals and expectations of the PK
Internal- What is Danis capable of? (analyze the strengths and weaknesses) By looking at the company’s strong points and weak points Danis will be able to determine the company’s capabilities. To achieve this we must carry out a strategic plan, which is a straightforward model known as a SWOT analysis (strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats). This will help us to establish our overall strategic position, based on internal issues (strengths and weakness) and external issues (opportunities and threats).

When planning for our future it is important to have clear goals in mind and to understand the steps that need to be taken to achieve those goals. My long-term goal is to run my own counseling center and employee at least one other person.
