Philanthropy means the desire to promote the welfare of others, expressed especially by the generous donation of money to good causes. Philanthropy doesn’t deal with collecting money for you r own personal use , you are using that money from donations to give to other people that are need, because they don’t have any money at all to support them or their family ,and they are struggling to support them , they need some financially help or a place to live in. You can help them in many ways ,for example you can help them by supplying food to them for a week, and also you can tip them money when they preform stuff. Servant leadership is both a leadership philosophy and set of leadership practices. Traditional leadership generally involves the
accumulation and exercise of power by one at the “top of the pyramid.” By comparison, the servant-leader shares power puts the needs of others first and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible. Servant Leader also means that you are the one leading that cause to help other people it shows that you are supportive of the cause. The three issues that mean the most to me are Animal Welfare, Bullying and Intolerance and Education. The reason I chose these three because in this world there is many people who abuses their animals physically and emotionally which can have a negative effect on them and later in life they can be an abusive animals and many animals are suffering today because of these abuses and it needs to stop. Another reason I chose Bullying and Intolerance because from experience, I was bullied and it was not acceptable because bullying can also have a negative effect on the person’s life. Bullying can make you depressed, suicidal etc., and we need to spread the awareness of bullying. Education is also important because in parts of this world many children are not getting the education needed because of the environment of that place or their parents can’t afford the cost of education. I want to make an impact Internationally because this is happening all of the world and its needs to be stopped so people can be aware of what they are doing and the effects of doing that thing. I want a new and large charity to work with so we can spread out internationally and spread awareness there.
Philanthropy should aid the growth of civilization by providing the poor with the living conditions and resources necessary to become productive and pursue a better life.
Servant leadership is a designation coined by Robert Greenleaf in 1970 in an essay entitled The Servant as Leader. In this essay, he describes the servant leader and a servant first contrary to one who is a leader first. Although Greenleaf developed servant leadership more than thirty-five years ago and he identified ten characteristics that pertain to servant leadership. Servant leadership was a term that was first used by Keifner Greenleaf(1970) in his first essay, The Servant as Leader (as cited by Crippen, C., 2005). Greenleaf based his essay on his belief that a servant leader is a servant first, and explained that it would begin with the natural urge to serve and then the leader would make a conscious choice to become a leader, in doing so he makes the choice to ensure that others needs are met first (2005 ). As a servant leader develops he should always keep aware of those who he serves and strive to ensure that they are becoming healthier, wiser, freer, have an increase in autonomous, and are become more like servants themselves (2005). Leaders and organizations can use the principles of servant leadership to frame decisions, and service that include focus on the community, care of others and quality services (Waterman, R., 2011). Watermen states that working to higher purpose increases standards, integrity and should lead the followers through supports, shared visions and bring followers together in toward a common purpose to provide service to others.
Collaborative leadership shares commonalities with both servant and transformational leadership. It is similar to servant leadership in the sense that the leader is there to help and be on the same level as the group in which he or she is leading. It, too, encourages collaboration in its methods to achieve certain goals put out by the leader. The use of collaboration often boosts a sense of morale and trust within the group, which makes it similar to transformational leadership. This style of leadership can be used in most any setting such as businesses or learning environments, but it is seen with greater success in community groups and organizations.

It is about giving to others less fortunate, and caring about other humans. Whether you know them or not, helping others and caring for the welfare of those less fortunate can change the world. One person can change the life of someone else's by one simple act of charity or kindness. Bill Gates is a wonderful example, due to his material advantages, he can give his belongings to others to help them, rather than keeping all his success to himself. Over his lifetime Mr. Gates donated $27
