Many people would guess correctly that my hobbies include sewing and needlework but would be surprised to find out I play online multiplayer popular games such as PAD (Puzzles and Dragons) and Ingress. I should be selected because I have 15 y ears experience managing a campground. I enjoy working in the outdoor hospitality industry and love meeting people from all over the country and helping them make vacation memories that will last a lifetime. I take my responsibility seriously. Sometimes too seriously. When I finish my shift I always want to make sure I handled all guest issues and concerns that came up but I need to remember that the next shift can and does handle customer issues as well. The most effective way to gain respect as a …show more content…
At the end of their shift, remind them to punchout, ask how their day went and thank them. Guest Service Management To serve our guest at a high level means to connect with the guests, to help them to enjoy their vacation time to the fullest, to make a difference to our guests and to make family memories to last a lifetime. I can foster an environment where team members constantly take care of the guests by setting an example. As a team member I want to exceed guests expectations, have a positive attitude, consistently provide a high standard of service and help to make team members look good. I strive to make their experience at Bear Creek a enjoyable memory that they wish to convey to their friends, neighbors and coworkers. Cleanliness Restrooms Guests want clean bathrooms. Cleaning and checking the bathrooms should be routine and second nature. Every team member should check on restrooms each time they enter, attend to any quick cleanups as needed or if unable to immediately contact a staff member that can attend to anything needed in the restrooms. Accommodations Routinely have a team coach check that accommodations are clean and ready for new
My hobbies are watching or playing different sporting events. I enjoy mentoring the youth and working with them to develop skills that they can care with them throughout life. I love giving back to the less fortunate
I would be an excellent choice to be a member of the National Junior Honor Society because I show service, leadership, character, and citizenship. It is an amazing opportunity anyone is lucky to have, and I am more than happy to accept it. I love helping people, being able to feel accomplished knowing I put a smile on someone’s face. Being in the National Junior Honor Society, I’d love to share my ideas and thoughts on how to make the world a better place.
One of these reason's is that I love helping people and the server out. When I can make someone happy, it's not only making them happy, but me as well. Helping just comes natural to me and I don't really know why. I've been like that as a kid too. I wouldn't say I'm a brainiac in school but I excel in my classes. But when someone needs tutoring or help, I'm always the first one to say "I will." And the same applies for Minecraft. Another reason why I decided to apply today is because, I love Faithful's community and server as a whole. MaverickYT introduced me to this great and supporting community. You know some HCF server's, people can be not as nice as they could be. And people on this server, think differently. I don't know what makes the people on here above any other server. My last and final reason is that, the community is starting to become toxic. It's not completely toxic, I'm just saying it's starting to get there. Even though there are some really nice and giving people on Faithful, there is always a bad part to all things. And I really want to fix this. Me being able to help out and try to bring positivity to the server, is what I've been trying to do forever. And me being a staff member can maybe get my word out there. Thank you for letting me apply for staff. And I hope to see some
I believe that in order to be a part of this program that I need to excel academically and demonstrate the characteristics that NJHS looks for. I should be chosen to be a member of this program because I display the characteristics required to be a part of NJHS. Scholarship, Leadership, Service, Citizenship, and Character are all things that I show and that I know I have. If I am chosen to be a part of this program, I promise to follow through as best as I can do. I will fulfill my duties as a member of NJHS and help others to the best of my
Our department’s vision is to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and staff, apart from this I’m responsible for 6 Internal Security staff (inside the Casino) and overseeing the External Security operation with 8 staff members (outside the Casino). I am also responsible for the planning and management of my shift; this includes the development of my team members. I’m also responsible for the implementation and effectiveness of our company emergency procedures. I report the progress of all my responsibilities and other issues/concerns to one person, our Head of department/ Security Manager.

1) You should select me to be a member of WSB because I’m a hard worker, and when I set my mind to something, I get it done. Also, I have been in Peer Leaders for two years, and it has taught and helped me to be a leader, not a follower, and how to plan events. I’m also very organized when it comes to school, events, and projects.
You should choose me over any other applicants because I have been playing MapleCraft for awhile and have put major hours to this server. I have experienced the bad and the good and know how to deal with certain situations. I also have some past faction members on the staff team and we get along really well. I am a GET IT DONE person. I will always finish a job or duty. I will get lots done for the server, in my opinion! Another reason you should choose me over other applicants is because I know a lot of commands like /mute /tempmute /kick /tempban and I also know how to SS (Screen share). I know the basics to catch a hacker. For example, when the person is getting like 0 KB or the players head is spinning a lot which means he has aura. I have caught many hackers before on Maple and I hope to catch even more. I will do my part in keeping the server nontoxic.
The community park bathrooms were a complete catastrophe. The men’s restroom had urine all over the walls, which made it smell horrendous. The floors were a mess, and had dirt all over them from the dirt being tracked in. So, to resolve this, we swept and mopped the dirty, nasty, smelly floors. One of the toilet seats was very unstable. As a solution, we tightened the screws that holds the toilet seats down. After we fixed the toilet seat, we cleaned them, and made them look immaculate. Next, we had to repair the sinks. The sinks had constant dripping pipes. We discovered the problem and addressed the matter hastily. We also took out the trash that was collected in the bathroom trash cans. We also added air fresheners to make the bathrooms smell
I am a board game enthusiast. It began with games like Jenga and Chutes and Ladders, and today has evolved to include such mind boggling games as Boggle (guess how they thought of that name) and such strategic games as Risk.
We recommend Vikram to use service quality framework (SERVQUAL) as a scale to measure and manage hotel guest’s perception of service quality in terms of five dimensions (session2 slide#45), which are (i) Reliability – OV employee’s ability to dependably and accurately perform the promised service to consistently delight its guests (ii) Assurance – Knowledge and courtesy of OV employees, and their ability to convey trust and confidence. I work in a nursing home and normally work the evening shift since I go to school in the morning. At work I tend to be a hardcore worker since I have to do multiple things at one time. Some evenings I work on the assisted living unit where most of the residents are able to help themselves. When I first get to work I have to count the narcotic medicine with the nurse on the
Morning shift was mainly their older servers that have families and who were very experienced. Night shift was the complete opposite. It consisted of all the younger servers on staff that did not have very good work ethic. I thought I could handle it and still do my job well. I eventually found out that morning and night shift hate each other. The morning ladies felt that they had seniority over me and acted like my boss. They treated me unfairly just because they had more experience. They were discriminating against me because they thought I was like the typical night shift worker. The managers never helped ease the tension and they simply did not care about the negative performances that resulted from this discrimination. Nobody works well when they feel singled out or taken advantage of. I was just an outsider. I felt like their hatred for one another made them both automatically not like me. Each group would insist on looking at me to complain about something the other shift forgot to do before leaving, as if it were my
Being a customer service representative, respect is something that you must have. I learned that everyone does not hold the same status in life but even if they do not respect still apply. Working as a customer service representative I have one
