May: I conducted a structured performance review meeting during a classroom assessment for the CHRP, past and future-focused, and handled objections and negative attitudes from the appraisee in an effective way.
June: I designed a performance review form, still related to my CHRP assessment.

July: I consult ACAS website every single day, I am far more aware of the complexities of employment law, I now handle recruitment issues effectively within the law.
In my new role, my focus may not be on recruitment, as I am looking for a HR Admin role, though I will carry on learning new trends/ways to attract and retain talents by reading widely, and look forward to contributing to the recruitment and selection process in a new company/industry.
