Confidence is one of the qualities, which people are either born with it or have to work for it and I am someone who is currently working on. Lack of self-confidence drives me to ask my friends in to guide me whenever I begin to do something. I believe that self-confidence cannot be taught or explained to someone, it is to be reached by an individual when he/she decides to believe in oneself. In the novel Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte, Jane shows self-confidence throughout the novel, by possessing a sense of self-worth, dignity, and a trust in God.
It is just amazing how helpful it just happens to be. However, the fact that I have a tendency to easily fall in anxiety does not make me neither an insecure, nor a self- pitied individual; instead, I do have very high rate of self-confidence and I can say I am generally happy with myself. As a matter of fact, I have been told many times I might be exaggerating on the expectations set on myself, with a slight tendency to narcissism; Nevertheless, I am proud to say my self-confidence has took me where I am today; one example is my experience of how I happened to start college courses faster than it was previewed: It was last year I came to the United States with just a slight Notion of English, thus I was supposed to spend at least one whole year or many more taking ESL classes in order to fit in college level courses, but from the first class

Also, based on my interview with Mr. Balachandran, the Oberoi Group is likely to expand, so I am excited to see which other countries these hotels will expand to. And lastly, there is a lot of room for growth and promotion as the Oberoi Hotels tend to hire from within before searching for new candidates, which means there could be good chances of achieving higher level positions in the hotels.

Good examples of me being confident, is I am not afraid to share my opinion, and, if asked, I will openly talk about my accomplishments.
