Now, being in an environment where we spend so much time, effort and energy we should experience some kind of fulfillment. We should leave work each daily feeling fulfilled. According to the Simon Sinek video, “feeling of fulfillment comes from doing something for another. It also comes from the excursion of time and energy for someone else” (Sinek, 2012). In order to have a feeling of fulfillment we need to love our jobs and we need to enjoy what we are doing. How we feel about our jobs will affect us in our day-to-day life and also the people that we come into contact with. For example, being in the health care industry, it is a great feeling of fulfillment because after each day I know that I have impacted and help someone else.

As I begin to envision myself in the middle of my life/career I see a challenging, but rewarding life. Regarding my professional goals, first and foremost, graduating college and obtaining an MBA in entrepreneurship is my main priority. After college, and thinking long term, the biggest professional goal that I aim to achieve is starting my own real estate development firm.
