I am hardworking because I had two summer jobs. I worked at the Medomak camp retreat center. After weeks of hard working 7hour days and 1 day off a week. I got laid off, because it was the end of the season and there was only 2 weeks left until closing. So I went down the road the the Medomak camp family camp to the director who got me hired at my first job, and for the rest of the summer watched his 3 year old twins Lyla and Areya. I saved up a thousand dollars and got myself a 13 inch MacBook Air. I am intelligent because of certain obstacles, like my scoliosis, which I have learned a lot about. Going from a normal life to having to change my lifestyle instantly was very hard, but I have learned so much. I am also strong and brave because …show more content…
During the summer when I was little I would always have the tv on the cooking channel even if I was necessarily watching it. When I was working this summer at my first job it was in a kitchen. I was a dishwasher, but also a kitchen aid/waitress. One of the chefs became a really good friend of mine and I learned a lot of new recipes from her and learned some new information. I'm also light-hearted because of my dog daisy, we got her when I was 6 or 7 because I was afraid of dogs. I'm still afraid of big dogs, but I love my dog daisy. My love for fashion and beauty etc., mostly all come from the same place YouTube. Now that I have my MacBook Air I am hoping to start my own YouTube channel. I have been wanting to make one for at least 3-4 years now. I have a humongous makeup collection that's still growing whenever I go shopping. I have been interested in makeup since I was 11. I love to shop which makes since why I'm so interested in fashion. I loved my old style before my brace. Now that I have scoliosis and a brace my whole outlook on everything has changed. I can't wear the clothes I want which makes me very mad. I always tell my mom that I don't even care that I have to wear my brace, I just want to be able to wear what I want. I'm a very artistic, crafty person because of the interests I just
Just like John I am a hardworking person too, one day I was laying in my bed, I was so bored, so I went and cut the grass, did the dishes, laundry, and cooked some food because I was hungry. When my parents came back they were shocked that I did something in the house because I never did the dishes before. Other thing is that I do my own homework alone, I stay up until I finish it, sometimes I study with my friends but I
John was caught many times plowing his field when he should have gone to church and then rested afterword. I am also a hard worker because I am volunteer firefighter and I learned that when you join you have to put sweat and tears into it. Nothing comes easy as people think whenever it comes to rolling hose or just cleaning everything there has a certain way that it needs to be done. Than another reason that I am a hard worker is that if I see something that needs to be done I will get it done the right way the first time I’m asked.
Growing up all my friends had perfect jobs for teenagers. As a teenager, I spent a lot of time applying for jobs and searching for places to work because money didn’t come easy and I wanted to be in control of my own money. But I could never score a job. I applied to at least 100 jobs at least twice and I still couldn’t get an opportunity.
Who doesn’t love Fashion? I mean look at all the amazing clothes and accessories there is out there. Those designer bags, those cute pencil skirts, those nice sparkly high heels we wish we could wear but can’t really walk in high heels because it would trip and would leave us with appalling blisters. Fashion is everywhere. There are range of different amount of styles everywhere you go. Fashion is something where anyone can express themselves with. It allows them to be original, imaginative and self-confident. Anyone can be inspired by Fashion.
The Hardworking people have several superb characteristics. These types of people usually goes to work on time or maybe even five or ten minutes early to see what needs to be accomplished. During the day, it rarely happens that they have to be advised to do something twice. When they clean rooms or set-up computers, they do it to the best of their ability
I have always been a hard-working person , since I was 5 I am able to get the job done when it needs to be done. I am very hard-working when it comes to dying or cutting hair. When you work hard on something it can get the job done faster. When you work on nails you have to be steady but not looking off the other direction so you don't mess up. 40% of hair stylist mess up every year because of working to fast. I also believe that every hair stylist has to be able to work hard in order to get the work
These points are just three of many that could be used to describe a hard worker, they are the three that I fell are the most important. With a good mix of knowledge, punctuality, and willingness to do a job well anyone can get a job. The idea to work hard is in everybody, it’s just finding a way to tap into that ability in yourself. Using these methods will help land a job and keep that job for a long time.
Throughout my life, I have strived to be a hard-working individual when it comes to school, my job, and family work. I always try to work quickly and efficiently, and make my work the best that it can be. Perfectionism is a major part of my life and that is one of the driving forces behind my hard work. Sometimes the drive to be perfect can limit my results, but I try my hardest to keep it from restricting me. I always give one hundred percent when it comes to completing various tasks, and find pride in being a hard-worker.
If you do not work hard you will not accomplish as much as you can in life. Becoming a hard worker can be tough. For the majority of people we are naturally lazy and it will take sweat, tears, and perseverance to change. Learn from those wiser than you on how to do the job better and more efficiently. Colossians 3:23 says, “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the lord, and not unto men”. With that kind of attitude, you will be
Hardworking is one of the many words I use to describe myself. Not only do I have a mesmerism for helping my fellow students, but I also have an appeal to lead my school. I show many moral focus virtues, such as wisdom, respect, gratitude, perseverance, leadership, and hard work. I display wisdom by showing high quality judgement, experience and knowledge about many of my school subjects.
Consciously, I can remember being into clothing since the fourth grade. Despite attending a catholic school and wearing a uniform from the age of six to thirteen, I would always try and develop subtle ways to make my gray slacks and blue button-up shirts look more stylish. As I got older, this appreciation for style and fashion only grew stronger, since I got to know myself and the world of fashion much better. By the age of 13, I knew I wanted to have some sort of creative position in that realm, but I was always unsure of what title would encompass my abilities and interests, translating them into a successful career. This fall, I got to the opportunity to work as a fashion coordinating assistant at the office of Calvin Klein in Midtown New York.
In eighth grade I found out about building computers. Traditionally I had always used consoles, but I wanted something more. I realized that if I built a computer I would learn an important skill and I would also feel a sense of accomplishment. My biggest issue was money.
How bad could this be? I thought to myself as I opened the door on the first day of my first job. The restaurant was bigger than I remembered and smelled as if they had just put french fries in the fryer. I was welcomed by a guy named Matt, he was bald and he would crack jokes on how he had just bought a new hair dryer.
Last summer I started a daycare called sugar and spice. It was fun being around kids playing and laughing all day, not your typical job. Getting this job was exciting because it was my first job. I worked for that daycare for about 4 ½ month close to five. When I tell you it was the best experience as a first job ever, the children were funny and outgoing always put a smile on my face.
First Job Realizing that I was growing up and moving toward adulthood was the hardest thing that has ever come to me in life. This realization occurred this summer when I had to get my first job. Getting my first job was very difficult for me as I am not good with new and change in my life. Working my first job over the summer showed me responsibility, taught me to speak up for myself, and opened me up becoming an adult.
