Hardworking is one of the many words I use to describe myself. Not only do I have a mesmerism for helping my fellow students, but I also have an appeal to lead my school. I show many moral focus virtues, such as wisdom, respect, gratitude, perseverance, leadership, and hard work.
I display wisdom by showing high quality judgement, experience and knowledge about many of my school subjects. I also show wisdom outside of school by helping other people. For instance, I help people when they don’t understand things. I also try to help even if I don’t fully understand the subject.
Furthermore , I show respect by respecting not only myself, but people around me. For example, I respect my peer’s wishes as I work alongside them. I can respect

During not one, but both of the dances that I helped put on at Shadow Ridge Middle School was delayed and I did everything in my power to make sure they went smoothly. I also showed tremendous amounts of preservation at other events during my time at Shadow Ridge Middle School’s student council such as staying an extra two hours after school for school events.
One other thing I show is leadership. At Shadow Ridge Middle School, I lead two classes to win an annual fundraiser for the Leukemia Classroom Challenge. I lead my classroom in 6th grade to win, but I also went on to repeat as a leader of the top fundraising class in 7th grade.
The last and one of the most important moral focuses that I value in school is hard work. I tend to quickly, yet proficiently, complete my assignments. I also work hard to help people in anyway I can. To exemplify, during my time at Shadow Ridge Middle School, I stayed with the student council administrator until five thirty to put on the third annual dodge bowl. I also strive to to be at every meeting, so that I can help at anything that needs my attention. Last year I missed two meetings, and both were because I was

Throughout my life, I have met countless role models (supervisors, co-workers, teachers, coaches, my parents) who push me harder and harder every single day so that I will succeed beyond belief in the changing world of today. Respect is also holding you up to an expectation that gets tougher and tougher because I am pushing myself harder. I will always have respect for all today, tomorrow, and the future

Proper respect for others begins by a person respecting their self. Respect is developed by expressing honor, leadership, value, and trust in a person. If everyone respects everyone someday, the world will become a seventh heaven. It is important to be respectful for safety, to abide by the law, because children are influenced by their elders’ actions, and because God says so. Motivation from peers can help a person realize there is always room to improve the level of respect a person exhibits. Respect was, is, and always will be a positive attribute for everyone to strive for in their lives.
I have been a part of multiple pep rallies and am a role model to younger students. One moment, in particular, stands out to me on how much difference I can make in younger children. My new cheer coach had asked if anyone would be interested in volunteering their time to help the middle school squad learning the cheers. Being Varsity Cheer Co-Captain, I was more than happy to oblige. It was a no-brainer to help out because cheer is one of my favorite things. As I laced up my cheer shoes, I glanced up, I noticed the fresh-faced cheerleaders who timidly walked into the gym. They reminded me of me at that age, afraid that they didn't have what it took to be a cheerleader. However, as practices went on, they became more confident in their abilities. Volunteering my time was well worth it, I got to see the cheerleaders grow into more confident cheerleaders and people.
Respect is important; however the most influential values I learned were kindness and the power of knowledge. As a kid, I was taught to work hard and have fun later; we were not allowed to leave the house to party or go out unless we had all our homework done. This meant learning to think critically and efficiently in order to do great work in a small amount of time. My parents dropped out of college so that they could give my sisters and I opportunities they didn't have, for this reason I have learned the value of har...
Hard work is something that was drilled into me from my high school track coach. If you're going to want to be something you have to put the work in he always said. He always wanted our team to be a family and work hard together. He never wanted to have someone ever doubt how hard we worked for what we earned.

The Hardworking people have several superb characteristics. These types of people usually goes to work on time or maybe even five or ten minutes early to see what needs to be accomplished. During the day, it rarely happens that they have to be advised to do something twice. When they clean rooms or set-up computers, they do it to the best of their ability
Throughout my life, I have strived to be a hard-working individual when it comes to school, my job, and family work. I always try to work quickly and efficiently, and make my work the best that it can be. Perfectionism is a major part of my life and that is one of the driving forces behind my hard work. Sometimes the drive to be perfect can limit my results, but I try my hardest to keep it from restricting me. I always give one hundred percent when it comes to completing various tasks, and find pride in being a hard-worker.
It is very common that many high school students hold part time jobs while going to school. When these teens work, they are able to learn and experience life lessons from ethical and moral work. Knowing that school is aways and should be a priority, students should work while in high school because working helps students be more responsible with their lives, help them practice time managment, and also helps students see and experience the real world.
Thank you so much for your time, and giving me the opportunity to come into your work environment and let me job shadow you. I was bummed out when I thought I wasn’t going to be able to job shadow you because your schedule was booked, but when you told me I could do it after spring break I was so excited. I realized I procrastinated in setting up a job shadow with you, but it ended up working out. Since it was the day back from spring break and it was a catch up day for the kids, we had so much time to talk and I learned a lot about the job of a middle school teacher. I really like the idea of moving to Hawaii or Alaska for a few years to teach, I haven’t told my mom that yet though. And all the information you gave me on what degrees to get
Lastly, one must respect his or herself. This respect is holding your head high and respecting your own opinions. Its acknowledging that you have ideas and then sharing them because you are not afraid of what others may think. It is not letting peer pressure and other things effect the way you think or want to think. Respect for yourself is the most important of all because without it, you would have no respect for others.
Writing a reflection and a summary of dozens of experiences is very challenging and demanding. I cannot count how many ups I had, yet I cannot deny the fact that I had some downs where I could transform them to ups. The year was full of challenges, excitement, fear and lessons. Each Wednesday I had mixed emotions. Every time I came to school I had the same fear and heartbreaks. In my reflection I am willing to compare between Adan at the beginning of the year and new Adan I became.
In America everyone has the right to a free public education. States set standards for schools in an attempt at ensuring all students get the same quality education. No matter how many standards are set, students will not have equal schooling. Schooling is larger then the lessons taught in the classroom. Each student’s school experience is different, not only because of the quality of their education but because of things like school location, demographic, teachers, participation, and other person experiences. My school experience has helped define me as a person and has helped guide me through life.
