Recommended: Personality traits essay paper

The moral philosophy best describes my personal decision making is virtue ethics (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2013). It best description of me as virtual ethics having exceptional moral character (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2013). My character displays honesty, integrity, and helpfulness (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2013). For example, a friend attempted to commit suicide as a result of a wife asking for a divorce through email (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2013). However, while working I received a phone call from him stating his desire not to live anymore (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2013). Unique Menswear was owned by three pastors from the church I attended every Sunday (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2013). However, one Sunday the pastor wife came and ask was I currently seeking employment (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2013). I stated that I am seeking employment but haven’t been successful in finding employment with my current resume (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2013). She stated to fill out the application for Unique Menswear and they will call me immediately (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2013). I went on Tuesday to receive the application and completed it (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2013). However, the application was returned on Wednesday (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2013). An interview was set for the following Monday (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2013). A job offer was received the following day. The job offer was accepted, and my training started immediately (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2013). However, the owner had some trust issues from the past (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2013). Mr. Joe trained got to know me very well and trained me exactly the way he operates the business (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2013). After 2 weeks I begin to work alone opening and closing the store (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2013). He was able to trust me with a key and the operation of monies daily (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2013). He entrusted me with the business so much that he went on a cruise for one week with no worries about the business (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2013). Two months later I informed Mr. Joe I was relocating to Hawaii and I was giving my 30 day notice to ensure he find a replacement for my position with the company (Ferrell, Fraedrich, & Ferrell, 2013). There are many ethical theories, and according to Panza and Potthast (n.d.) the following are some that are widely used. Virtue ethics is one theory which states that personality is the most important thing.
