What is motivation?
Motivation is literally the desire to do things. In detail, motivation is the internal and external factors that stimulate desire and energy in people to be continually interested and committed to a job, role or subject, or to make an effort to reach a certain goal. It's the key element in setting and attaining goals.

Sex Differences: Sex differences play a vital role in the development of personality of an individual.
