Recommended: Personal experiences with tattoos in the workplace

The UPI shows the result of Harris survey that 21 percent of U.S Citizens has at least one tattoo in 2012. Today, many people have tattoos to show their religious or spiritual devotion, to remind something special in their life, or just to look nice and to follow social trends. The problem is that minors also want to get tattoos; even though their parents still don't want, minors want to do that to follow social trends. Moreover, minors don't understand how these consequences are affected to their future seriously. Therefore, minors should not be allowed to get tattoos without parent's permission. Minors should not be allowed to get tattoos without parent's permission, because minors can get severe skin infections through tattoos. There are several ways which minors can get infections, but most of them are get from unsterile needles and inks. The Arkansas based National Center for Toxicological Research, research chemist Paul Howard and his team are investing that the chemical composition of the inks break down the metabolism and enzymes in the body (FDA). …show more content…

However, these tattoos can damage to minor's social life - getting the job in the future and the recognition of society.
