He was studying major in journalism and he became a news reporter in the university that helped to develop his career. I am so impress that John Rooke never mistrust his ability to work on anything. For example, when he studying in the university, he got a part time job to being a radio host. But he had never suspected himself that he didn’t have the ability to complete all his work at the same time. But he has never tried to escape from the trouble. From his speech, I learn try to be an optimistic person and work extra hard when facing the problem. John Rooke also faced a lot of trouble
in his career like he didn’t have much time to complete all his achievement. But he never gave up and tried different methods to solve the problem. As a result, he got succeed in all his works. I think the positive attitude can force me to work better and harder on my studying in Dean College and in the future. When I facing trouble, I will try to solve the problem and work extra hard to achieve the best. The other thing I have learnt from John Rooke’s speech is always prepare well before you work. John Rooke shared one of his experience about he was interview with Michael Jordan when he was working for San Antonio Spurs. Originally, John Rooke wasn’t the one who interviewed Michael Jordan. But an accident happened that made him have to do this job. Finally, John Rooke successfully finished the interview and this interview become his most memorable interview ever in his life. I think John Rooke could success because he make a lot of preparation of every NBA player’s information. Therefore, he can handle the job within a short time. I think Preparing well can help me to achieve better result and be easier to handle the work. I think the speech remind myself that there is always no short cut to be success. I will keep in mind that being success have to do and prepare lots of work. I think this concept will force me to be hard-working and stay away from lazy. So that I can achieve success in Dean College and in the future.

She allows her readers to ponder about the message she is displaying as she says, “…that the self can interrupt the self-and does- is a darker and more curious matter” (3). She then leads into a thought provoking statement, where she explains that there people that “…that make the world go around,” and those that don’t just make it go around “…but forward.” (4). With this statement, Oliver leads her readers into really thinking about the world and the fact that there are two kinds of the work, but also that they work simultaneously to have the world both “go around” and forward (4). To conclude her paper, Oliver beautifully adds a point saying, “ The most regretful people on the earth are those who felt the call to creative work… and gave to it neither power nor time,” which leaves her readers to truly rethink the way they should go at their creative work (7). Oliver uses strong points exquisitely throughout her paper, and in such a way that forces her readers to think more than they would do for other papers. With such strong points, Oliver displays her creative work message in such a way that causes her audience of hopeful and creative workers to take her words to heart if they want to be
“Carrying his own cross, he went out to the place of the Skull (which in Aramaic is called Golgotha). There they crucified him, and with him two others—one on each side and Jesus in the middle,” (John 19:17-18). Jesus Christ’s valiant life was terminated with a horrendous execution. Tom Robinson’s did as well. He lived his life in the name in the name of others, helping everyone that he could, going out of his way to save people, even Judas, who would betray him. Tom did this aswell, constantly assisting Mayella, she who would betray him in court. Jesus had followers who believed in his message, just as Tom had believers in his innocence. Jesus and his followers would face persecution, just as Tom and hisi believers would. The judgements and death sentences of Jesus and Tom would make them become martyrs. The Martyrdoms would be essential for their causes. Many aspects of Tom Robinson’s life and death

As a conclusion, I find that this story is really can motivates and inspires us. I understand now, it is not only motivational books that can motivate us, but also one’s autobiography. All of the good part in his chapters of life should we take as the model for us to follow and the negative part, is for us to take as lessons. Whatever bad things that we had done will be affecting us in the future. There is no other person that will regret for our past mistakes accept us ourselves. To start this paper, I initially typed in every one of Haw's motivational wall writings. I then analyzed them as they related to Johnson's message, my life, and to each other. Now, after writing this paper, I can assert that this story appeals to its audience on a level much more personal than their career. The story assists one's self in diminishing a fear of change. It is this core purpose that has the potential to influence the many facets of a human's life, be it in the workplace, love, or another achievement. It is through this personal appeal that I will write my reaction to the text.
and I always work 110%. Whether my paper turns out excellent or horrible, I always tell myself that I tried my best. Writing about my personal strengths is a challenging task that requires me to focus on the strong points that make up my character. However, to attack my weaknesses, is to challenge myself to take control over the areas that need some redefining of certain skills to make the greatest success in life. My life is not defined by weaknesses, but more so the makeup of my personal strengths.

In my life time I have accomplished many extraordinary tasks that I’ve put my mind too. I discovered that my signature themes have greatly affected the methods that I use to complete these tasks.
