Introduction: Globalization is a broad term which describes the spread of technology, trade and democracy across the world. Globalization has had long reaching effect on the development of the world.
In the field of Education via globalization, new technologies has had an amazing impact as it brings new teaching and learning resources to different parts of the world. On the other hand, globalization also has broken down the barriers of education like poverty and discrimination which can be seen today as in the class all the students are increasingly encouraged to adopt a global mindset so that int the future they all will be better prepared to live and can work in an interconnected world. Globalization links teachers, students, and scholars and others around the world so that they can pass on new techniques, thoughts, ideas, further the spread of knowledge, and donate resources, all which creates a global community of learners.
Globalization is also viewed in terms of enhancing an already existing educational system by seeking to improve and improvise with the knowledge exchanged from education systems of the world.
Example: How electronic literacy and other technologies are being introduced in classrooms to provide students to be prepared and ready for the challenges of an information based society and the challenges that they are going to face in the future.

The role of international development organizations in providing incentives and motivations for gender equality in education is partially responsible for this increased sensitivity to acquire a good education and especially education for girls. These organizations play a positive and motivational role in encouraging gender equality to be a sign of progress for a nation.
The skills and capability needed for survival in an era of globalization perhaps call for the adoption of more innovative approaches in the field of education. Embedded in such innovative approaches are features such as effective use of Technology in teaching , performance-based learning activities and other inter professional interactive and collaborative approaches to delivery of school instructions, There are vital skills and capabilities that schools must teach which existing close-ended educational systems appear badly equipped to handle. Hence most societies perhaps need innovative approaches to animate and support learning activities that will require deep understanding and adaptation of knowledge in various context and problems solving
