Coaching skill is a must for the edification of an organization. Good coaches understand the importance of encouragement. Building trust in a coaching relationship is just the first step (Bacharach 2013). According to Bacharach, Balance your coaching approach by cheering be encouraging, not inflating; be supportive, but don't push; when counseling be empathetic, but maintain boundaries; and Be authoritative, but not authoritarian. Following these principles is evident of a friendly context environment.
