Introduction This report focused on Peer Coaching as the coaching relationship brings to light what the person being coached already knows, but may not know he or she knows, and then helping the persons to make decisions and take action so he or she can move forward to some goal he or she has or a dream he or she wants to achieve. Coaching is a method of facilitating affirmative change that impacts an organizational leader’s performance, development of particular skills, which leads to a broader sense of personal growth. Coaching via Coaches help all sorts of people move forward in life as they specialize in meeting the needs of a wide variety of people with their own unique challenges and opportunities. Coaching makes a lasting impact on people’s lives because the coaching relationship developed between the Coach and the Client leads to constant growth and change in the Client. The coach has to act and support the client’s decision. Because my coaching peer was an experienced professional coach, I learned where I was hitting the mark and where I needed improvement. The experience in this assignment was enriching because it was actionable as I was actually able to demonstrate coaching and discover areas where I was strong and internalize and reflect on those areas, after personal critique, where I needed improvement.
