Rhabdomyolysis is a disease that involves a rupture of skeletal muscle, causing myoglobin, along with electrolytes and other intracellular proteins to leak in to circular system (Bagley et al, 2007). It is the result from the destruction of muscle fibers that make their way into the bloodstream, which take over the renal system hindering the kidneys ability to remove waste resulting in kidney failure (Owens, 2013). Damaging electrolyte disorders and acute renal failure may occur, leading to life-threatening situations. Some of the most common signs and symptoms of patients with rhabdomyolysis are colored urine, and muscle weakness is and Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS). An overemphasized strength I am modulating is communication. I have always considered communication the most important element to successful leadership. I am strengthening my leadership skills (attending graduate school) and in my career I identified the need to modulate my ability to effectively communicate. I addressed several strategies to reach a new level of effective communication. The first step I used was self-discovery which includes identifying abilities, strengths, and weaknesses. Everyone brings a different combination of strengths and weaknesses to any group, but it is important to remember that strengths can become weaknesses if overemphasized, and some weaknesses can be considered strengths by others. I consider myself a collaborative leader and work effectively in a team, but I have a mobile leadership position. I am in the process of altering my communication style before it rendered me an infective leader. For example, when I first started the

I chose the article "The Science of Developing Mental Toughness in Your Health, Work, and Life" by James Clear because it clearly connects to the theme of my book "The Fighter's Mind" by Sam Sheridan. Clear's article looks into the mental toughness in your health, work, and life; directly relating to the theme of Sheridan's book which is all about mental strength and strategies of fighters, extreme athletes, and those on the edge. Clear says in his article that "research is starting to reveal that your mental toughness- or "grit" as they call it- plays an important role than anything else for achieving your goals in health, business, and life. " This is the exact same sort of thing Sheridan finds as he travels, interacts with these athletes,
