The World Health Organisation defines health as "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity." The main aspects of health are mental health and physical health. These can also be split up into what are the seven aspects of health: mental, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, cultural and physical health. All of these aspects intertwine - if one is out of balance, then others will be affected. So can a person achieve total balance and therefore total health?
