The effects of too much time in being the procrastinator are stress, anxiety, burnout and having mediocre performance.
Q2 is made of things that are important but not urgent. It is the quadrant of excellence-the place to be! Q2 activities are important, but not urgent and that’s why we have trouble doing them. The effects of being the prioritizer are control of your life, balance and high performance.
