After reviewing the following food journal, I have made the following observations about my eating behavior. The first important thing I have learned that I tend to eat according to a schedule and times I feel are appropriate for eating. Thus, regardless of ow hungry I am, I force myself to eat in hopes that it will either help avoid my hungry later or because of the social construct. Whenever I am either in class or it is morning time I usually feel like I need to eat breakfast food or something to hold my hungry until I am out of class. After giving it more thought, I realized that my school schedule dictates my eating habits as well. I usually eat before class or when I get home from class. I then noticed that I do not focus solely on eating.
