This paper will investigate my personality insight to understand and learn about myself. Through the Connect Management assessment project, I will be able to recognize certain personal traits of which I will analyze and cement the result of the assessment. This analysis will focus on specific areas that relates to issue about myself. Extroversion is a slight difference from the Myer-Briggs Type Indicator (MBIT) which scored me as an Introvert. I strongly agree with an Extrovert moderate rating of 6 of 8 as I displays these traits in my everyday life. I sometimes talk to different people and may become a center of attraction in some settings. My external connection with the outside world is moderate. I also give my best to the job. My organization fails to utilize my skills fully. Moreover, the level of skill displayed by people in the upper management is very discouraging especially when they will not listen to you when you try to correct them. My score for compensation is 6 of 6. And supervision a 4 of 11. While I respect my superiors, they were able to climb the cooperate leather because of job experience. In satisfaction and recognition, my score is 13 of 15. That I am a bit surprise on this high score since I believe that I have a low satisfaction of the job I do. Nevertheless, I do not allow this dissatisfaction to hinder my job performance.
