WHAT STAGE OF BEHAVIOR CHANGE ARE YOU IN?

The stage that I would consider myself to be in the preperaton stage. I am aware that there needs to be a change and am brainstorming ideas on how to begin a goal to make the change possible.

RECOGNIZE MY STRESSORS

After completing the assessment for chapter 3, I've realized that my main stressors are school and work. I am a full time employee and a full time student . Many times I have heavy work and school loads due to working excessive overtime and taking 5 classes. I tend to stress abut deadlines and completing all of my task for both school and work in a timely manner, while maintaining a healthy balance with my personal life.
