Honesty is a very abstract word. It is defined by the Merriam-Webster dictionary as “adherence to the facts; refusal to lie, steal or deceive in any way.” But, what ‘honesty’ exactly means? Some would say that honesty means not telling lies, not committing crimes or living a life according to what law says. To be honest, it is a manifestation of the truth, and the facts behind are just a consequence of being honest. In a simple way, honesty is not only to tell the truth, but also to live the truth.
Harassment at workplace may include matters such as the misuse, misappropriation of power or position by a superior, victimization, degrading a person in the presence of others by passing remarks about their work performance, their brain power or lack of it. It may include spreading rumors about a person, insulting them on ground of race, gender or disability making them less inferior in the presence of others.

Relationships are important and those in one hope that there are no mishaps in them. However, there are times when we do something wrong or arent effectionate enough where a barrier comes in front of the relatioship. Therefore, rules, conflict resolution and strtegies to have a positive, inclusive and satisfying relationship are neccessary to have a good relatioship. This report will outline all that is neccessary for this to happen. There are many ground rules that need to be set in order for there to be a healthy relationship.
Respect: without respect you can’t build a relationship. Respect is the foundation on which relationships are built and if there is no respect the relationship will be unstable.
When you hear the word commitment I’m sure there are a few things that come to mind; chore, duty, responsibility, obligation, long term, job to name a few. If not then you are already a member of my club or a part of todays society to whom commitment is just a word. It holds no real significance to you and you most likely go around making and breaking commitments without any real acknowledgment. Perhaps you are even unaware that you have done this.
Honesty means that we shouldn’t deceive others or take things that aren’t ours. It means following the rules, and if you break one, don’t try and deny it, just own your mistake and accept the consequence. Additionally, it is important to learn from those mistakes.
