Introduction
Employment discrimination in the workplace can come in many forms such as race, gender, religion, national origin, physical or mental disability, and age by employers. This situation violates the rights of equal employment of workers. But based on the internal needs of specific occupations and discrimination should not be considered discrimination.
The rule of law in Western countries over the past 100 years of history of human rights that, in a certain sense, is anti-discrimination, fight for equal rights history. As a result, in 1860 there happened the American Civil War to abolish slavery, which declared the end of the slave trade discrimination.
Late 19th and early 20th century we faced American anti-discrimination and women 's rights struggles for equality, more to promote the cause of human rights progress in the United States. Britain, France, Germany and other Western countries in a large number of massive anti-racism movement and equal rights for women after World War II conduct, and achieved significant results. When a person due to personal characteristics unrelated to work is excluded, or less than the value of the work approved, they will feel treated unfairly.
