FEASIBILITY STUDY OF THE CHILDREN’S DEN DAY-CARE CENTRE
In order to be successful in the workplace, entrepreneurs need to manage their business by making personal sacrifices, being innovative and providing a service or product that will be of value to society. This day care centre enables toddlers to have fun whilst learning by equipping them with social and pre-academic skills needed to excel in school. The Children’s Den Day-care is aimed at taking care of toddlers between the ages of one to four that have a single or both working parents and has no reliable individual to take care of them, as they are seeing to the families financial duties. This centre cares for a maximum of twelve children and picks up toddlers that are unable to be brought to the centre due to transportation issues. This service will be in operation from 7a.m – 18:30 p.m.

 Providing innovative learning programmes: This would be programmes that assist toddlers with regards to specific traits and ensuring that it focuses on one trait at a time.
 There needs to be specialized training for employees: This is intensive training that will enable them to work in the day care centre only if they pass.
 Being competitive with other child care centres in the area: The day care would have to match or better the market rates for the service in the area.
 The day care would also need to have a good reputation in the day care service workplace so that customers would be drawn to use the services offered.
 Frequently assess the progress of the day care and gather ideas to improve possible weaknesses.
These are basic principles that will enable the day care to satisfy the customer and to provide the service in terms of what the customer has agreed upon.
