A feasibility study looks at the viability of an idea with an emphasis on identifying potential problems and attempts to answer one main question: Will the idea work and should you proceed with it? Feasibility studies provide in-depth details about the clinic to determine if and how it can succeed, and serve as a valuable tool for developing a winning plan.

By utilizing the information collected in your community analysis, you will be able to ascertain if your clinic would be a viable option. Questions you should ask during this stage are:

1. How much would it cost?

2. Is this clinic needed?

3. How many people do you anticipate serving?

4. Can you charge and will people pay?

5. What are you funding and sustaining options?

Before you begin writing your project plan you need to identify how, where, and to whom you intend to serve and also address things such as where and how the clinic will operate.
