The second dimension of wellness is occupational wellness. This dimension relates to our jobs. People who enjoy doing their jobs and enjoy coming to work will feel more rewarded than those who hate going to work and hate their jobs. When people do not find answers to this question, it tends to lead to suicide. Occupational therapy falls under public health because it looks at public health issues that impact patients and advocate for changes that can benefit copious individuals. Wellness provides the mind, body, feelings, and spiritual well-being individuals gain in their daily lifestyle. When most individuals in society hear the phrase wellness they assume it is referring to physical wellness. Which is true, but did society know that physical wellness is part of the seven wellnesses that are broken down into extension? Which are known for physical, emotional, intellectual, social, spiritual, environmental, and occupational wellnesses. These seven wellnesses help provide ways for individual to do daily and guide individuals to maintain a good health from inside and out.

Everyone one has a different background weather it’s a matter of principles, religion, or culture. Marriage is a legal union between two people who promise to love and care for each other for life. There’s a big process that comes to play when you make a decision of marrying your significant other. In the generality of the marriage process everyone has I different perspective of getting to know our partners. The biggest of them all being, if living together before marriage is better than marriage first. My personal belief and principles are that marriage should come first before moving in with the person. You should be sure that your partner is the one you want to share life with, make sure that your comfortable around them enough to marry them, and that you prove you both have enough respect for each other to be sure that what you got is real enough to marry them before moving in.
According to our text book, health is “by simplest definition, being sound in body, mind, and spirit” (Hales, 2003). It is impossible to improve your body and mind without the spirit coming along too. I feel as though I am spiritualty fit, I have purpose and I live in a state of gratitude and optimism as much as possible but I am excited to see how much better it can be once I reach my goals.
