B. When I evaluate my interpersonal social wellness I come to a conclusion that I am an introvert at most times. I am very cautious with who I let into my life. I have very few friends that I have and trust. When it comes to myself in general I like to socialize but more so I like to be by myself and reserve time for me. I agree with the author’s interpretation. With the author’s interpretation the score I had was five which was very realistic in my case.
Physically I take care of body. I like to work out about 3-4 times a week to keep myself occupied throughout the day. Working out for me is one of my stress relievers. My ability to challenge myself I try to expand my knowledge and try to understand the concept of what I am learning. The author’s interpretation I agree on because the score I received was eight and I do read items/directions before I proceed with things.
Being around the environment that I am in right now. The age of tobacco use is about 17 to 22. I do not involve myself with tobacco use. Being around a certain environment it can have an great impact on a person. I agree with the author's interpretation on my wellness worksheet.
My emotional wellness I cope with things that are around me. I usually do not communicate about my feelings. Also I really do not talk about my situations because I feel that my personal situations are not worth being shared to others only because I do not trust people easily.
