Motivation will help individuals and keep them moving forward when they are on the verge of giving up. Success doesn’t always mean that it should be big such as establishing a successful business. It can start from the smallest thing such as passing an important test in school to becoming the president. For example, I was in a rock climbing contest with my friend. I was almost at the top when my foot slipped and I fell down half way. The thought of giving up hit my mind, but I was determined to win.
