Happiness. Everyone seeks it and some spend a lifetime trying to find it. Nearly everyone wants to be happy, however, it can be difficult to discover. There are countless ways people lure in happiness. Life is considered to be all about happiness. Most feel that one needs to be happy to feel accomplished in their lives. Everyone has the ability to be happy. Happiness is a feeling of joy, contentment, and well-being. Simply put, happiness comes in different stages in life and has the potential to start at birth. It could be a baby smiling, laughing at movement or noise. Then they become toddlers. Toys make them happy and they learn to eat a variety of foods. All examples of bringing some sort of happiness. Spirituality, relationships, and positivity can play a big role in finding purpose. Discovering one's true passion in life can build a platform for future happiness. It can be anything from a hobby to a spouse. With a purpose in life, people often feel a sense of satisfaction and completion which could lead to finding the pursuit of happiness.
How can one be happy? In order to feel happy one needs to learn to be happy within themselves. One could learn to connect with themselves and have the intention to be happy.
