India’s fast food market was valued at about 171.9B INR in 2022, with a growth estimate of over 431B INR by 2027 (Statista, 2024). SWOT Analysis Strengths Chick-fil-A has several factors working for its success, the first of which being its brand reputation. The company has been meticulous in building a friendly environment with exceptional customer service. The employee catchphrase “my pleasure” is known far and wide for a reason. Chick-fil-A locations are bright, clean, and present a more welcoming atmosphere than their competitors. This has generated incredible loyalty to the brand from customers. Secondly, Chick-fil-A offers a unique menu selection honed in on chicken, which is different from the typical burger fast food chain, providing customers with new dining options. Lastly, Chick-fil-A maintains a strict franchise selection process. While this may appear as a hindrance to expansion, the company’s dedication to its brand and values preserves the high quality service customers have come to expect and drastically reduces the potential for a failed location. TQM is a company’s complete “culture of quality” approach which focuses on long-term success. It strives for continuous improvement, in all aspects of an organization, as a process and not as a short-term goal. TQM’s involves everyone in the organization to transform the organization into a forward-thinking entity by influencing attitudes, practices, structures, and systems of the entire organization (Business Dictionary, 2014). In 1946 two brothers, Ben and Truitt Cathy, opened a diner in Atlanta Georgia called the Dwarf House Grill. The Dwarf House served a variety of typical grill food that included everything from burgers to hot dogs. All of that changed in 1961 when a poultry supplier stopped buy and sold Mr. Cathy chicken breast that were too large for the trays that they typically cooked the chicken on. Truitt Cathy decided that he did not want to throw out the chicken so he breaded the chicken and put it in the pressure fryer. He realized that he could cook the chicken in the same amount of time that it took to cook a hamburger and it tasted great. He had hamburger buns and pickles in the restaurant already and this is how the first chicken sandwich was made. In 1967 the first Chick-Fil-A store was opened in Atlanta’s Greenbrier Shopping Center and in 1986 the first freestanding franchise was opened. Today there are more than one thousand seven hundred Chick-Fil-A restaurants in thirty nine states. One of the ways that Chick-Fil-A has been able to make their company a success is through their unique approach to customer service. They are able to provide excellent customer service by turning individuals into team players. Teams can be seen in the hiring process, community involvement, national sponsorship, knowing what customers want, and cooperate culture. All of these different teams lead to excellence in customer service.
I conducted my experiment earlier this week while at the new Chick-fil-a for roughly forty-five minutes. It was a busy lunch rush so many customers or employees didn't bother to notice me while they enjoyed their visit. There seemed to be a common theme amongst the employees and the store as well as the customer’s interactions with each other. Each person’s life is as deep and complex as my own and their actions represented interesting results.
Chicken nuggets is a popular food to many people. Many may ask who makes the best fast- food chicken nuggets ? This question is probably the most opinionated question ever ? There are many fast foods restaurants that sell chicken nuggets such as: Wendy’s , Mcdonald’s ,Burger King and Chick- fil-a.These four different restaurants all have different tastes to their nuggets. Now in my opinion ,chicken nuggets from Chick-fil-a are the best . They have great chicken and that is more flavorful. One other difference from chick-fil -a and these other fast foods restaurants is there chicken isn’t processed. The chicken is seasoned and cooked to perfection in the restaurant. According to Johnson , Chick-fil-A takes the title. The classic McNuggets are second, followed by Burger King and Wendy's.
Each organization big or small has its own values, ways of doing things and assumption that it operates in. The principles and ethics that exist in each of these companies are the baseline through which the company operates its affairs. This is what can be called as that organization’s culture. The culture in existence has an impact on the productivity, effectiveness and efficiency (Keyton, 2011). The basis of setting the most appropriate culture of a company is not only to move or increase the profitability but also to make the stakeholders happy and satisfied. One aspect of that is the employee or the human resource the firm who put their expertise in the firm and add a bit of creativity and innovativeness to move the products. Chick-Fil-A operates in a competitive industry thus it requires all the stakeholders.
The New York Times bestseller Fast Food Nation: The Dark Side of the All-American Meal is one of the most riveting books to come out about fast food restaurants to date (Schlosser, 2004). Fast food consumption has become a way of life for many in the United States as well as many other countries in the world. The author Eric Schlosser an investigative reporter whose impeccable researching and bold interviewing captures the true essence of the immense impact that fast food restaurants are having in America (2004). Beginning with McDonald’s, the first fast food restaurant, which opened on April 15, 1955 in Des Plaines, Illinois to current trends of making fast food a global realization McDonald’s has paved the way for many fast food restaurants following the same basic ideal that is tasty foods served fast at a minimal cost (2011). Schlosser explains how fast food restaurants have gained substantial market share of the consumers; he also shows that by marketing to children and offering less unhealthful fare, that are purchased from mega-companies which are often camouflaged with added ingredients and cooked unhealthful ways, that these companies are indeed causing irreparable harm to our country (2004).

Eating has been one a great joy to me my entire life. It is a huge portion of everyone’s day, and for most, happens at least three times a day. If we eat three meals a day every day for a year that is one thousand and ninety five meals! With all these meals we need a nice place to sit down and enjoy it. Whenever I get hungry, I always find myself at Chick-fil-a; well, at least five times a week. The familiar sights, comforting scents, and soothing sounds of Chick-fil-A that make it the birthplace of happiness.
The digestive system otherwise known as the gastrointestinal tract (GI tract) is a long tube which runs from the mouth to the anus. It operates to break down the food we eat from large macromolecules such as starch, proteins and fats, which can’t be easily absorbed, into readily absorbable molecules such as glucose, fatty acids and amino acids. Once broken down, these molecules can cross the cells lining the small intestine, enter into the circulatory system and be transported around the body finally being used for energy, growth and repair.

Still, there is some problem with this advantage. Many times the content on the web page may be interpreted in a way that is unintended. Consumption habits are very important factors in international marketing strategy for fast food chains. Culture is also involved here again, though these days’ customers are always looking forward to something new in the service and products. Then again, the taste of customers is changing as they are transforming towards dining if the image of fast food is not healthy.
