Do you ever get the urge to check your phone waiting for a certain response? Or not get the response you were hoping for from someone? Causing you get a feeling of stress. This is very common in most teens. Without their phone, most teens get stressed out because they're not able to check their messages. This is because of a cell phone addiction. About 74% of teens reach for their phone immediately after waking up. Teens do not spend nearly as much studying as they do in their cell phone. Which is causing a major impact on grades. Cell phones affect teens by causing a technology addiction, loss of studying, and inducing stress. Teens everywhere are almost always on there phone and with out there phone they get the need to to check messages or text someone. Phones are addicting us to be on them all the time. It is so addicting it's causing us be stressed. Being on your phone for too long can also cause straining in your eyes. Which happens when you stare at something to long. It makes your eyes get very tired. When most people get home the first thing they do is go straight to there cell phone. Spending half of there night on there cell phone, when there skipping time for there homework. Which is causing a big impact on grades. Almost everything that cell phones do to you, it all leads to causing stress. Homework and grades, can lead to stress. Being very addicted to them, can lead to stress when your with out it. But stress from your phone is not only caused by these few things. Stress can also be caused by this awful thing called cyber bullying.
