1-Introduction
Yamaha corporation group Ltd is a Japanese public limited company established in 1887 by Torakusu Yamaha which started producing reedorgans.Since that, Yamaha has grown to be the world largest manufacturer of musical instruments and audio/visual products. It expands their products to conclude computer related products, appliances of home industrial robots, electronic devices…..etc. In 1955, Yamaha Motor Company founded and upon separation from Yamaha Corporation and headquarter is in Iwata, Shiznoka, Japan. It makes motorized products such as motorcycles, outboard motors and also marine products….etc. The Yamaha logo consists of a triple of interlocking tuning forks enclosed in a circle that reflects the origins of company as a musical instrument manufactures.
2-Vision, mission, goals, values, objective of Yamaha
Vision of Yamaha is to be the market leader, occupy enormous amount of shares and its mission ”creating kando together” .Kando is a Japanese word for the simultaneous sense of great satisfaction and strong enthusiasm that people exceptional value. Yamaha motor strives to realize people’s dreams with ingeniousness and excitement, to always be a company people look for the shell exciting product or impression that provides exceptional value and deep satisfaction. Yamaha Corporation goals have draw up thorough its new management plan “Yamaha Management Plan 2016 (YMP2016)” which will extend for three-year period beginning in April 2013 to follow its Yamaha Management Plan 125 (YMP125), which was done at the end of March 2013. Each year in April at the start of the period, Yamaha Corporation and Yamaha Group companies regularly hold a Group-wide Health and Safety Convention, attended by managers and employees in charge of occupational health and safety. At the Convention, there is a general overview of health and safety activities in the previous fiscal year, confirmation of policy and activities for the current fiscal year as well as targets for preventing occupational accidents. A total of 286 people participated in the regular Group-wide Health and Safety Convention held in April 2013. In addition, each business location and Group company formulates action topics, objectives and plans in light of these contents.
