What does a summer camp, coffee shop, and a soap bakery have in common? They are all businesses that give a steady career. The topics and interest are very diverse but the end goal is always to make money. In present time tools are accessible to create business or work for one. A business major provides the most opportunities for students to have a successful career after college because it gives students the skills necessary to start or work for a company regardless of their interest.

The skills learned such as accounting, organizational management, and working in groups are applicable to every business. Rosalind McCulloch is an author that has written many books to helps students maximise their business degrees. She believes that companies are looking for people who are well-rounded.“What does a well-rounded candidate who can work with others and function effectively in the workplace’ look like?
