I Ghazale Goldooz (Defendant) interviewed Cynthia Lawrence (Plaintiff) on (06/16/2016). Upon the successful completion of her interview she chose to remain in office while a few Mad Science team members had a celebration. We gladly welcomed her into our work family and were happy to send her out on her first teaching assignment for our Crazy Chemistry camp with our long term customer Albany Recreation Center on (06/20/2016) after completing 2 hours of training led by Angelica Conner, who has trained all of our employees successfully for up to 4 years. It was to our great surprise when Rosemarie Chu of Albany Recreation Center called, texted and emailed me (Ghazale Goldooz) multiple times throughout the class requesting a new instructor. Not only was she late for the event by 20 minutes, the children were not enjoying themselves and the parents were so displeased Rosemarie was led to refund all parents for the entire day. With such negative feedback from a long term client of ours, we had no choice but to assign another instructor for the camp. It is essential to our service that we maintain utmost professionalism and quality. While we were disappointed, we understand that not all …show more content…

In the pleadings, a complaint needs to be filed by the plaintiff with the court and the defendants. In this case, the complaint was filed for wrongful death and injunctions. The complaint was given to both companies on May 14, 1982. Then, the defendants must answer within twenty-four hours of receiving the complaint to the summon or risk losing the case by default of the court. W.R. Grace denied the allegations against them. Also, their other defenses was that the complaint didn’t state any cause of action, in the complaint the company named was misnamed, the company followed the due of care at all times and acted in “good faith,” and the claims against them are barred. The next step is the methods of discovery.

Spokane Industries has contracted Franklin Electronics for an 18 month product development contract. Franklin Electronics is new to using project management methodologies and has not been exposed to earned value management methodologies. Even though Franklin and Spokane have worked together in the past, they have mainly used fixed-price contracts with little to no stipulations. For this project, Spokane Industries is requiring Franklin Electronics to use formalized project management methodologies, earned value cost schedules, and schedules for reports and meetings. Since Franklin Electronics had no experience with earned value management, the cost accounting group was trained in the methodology in order to bid for the project.

The incident on October twenty first was too for us much to overlook, we all decided that we had to talk to Susan about this. We told her about how we were treated and how we are not getting anything out of this experience, and also that is it still possible to switch placements. Susan with Sheryl Bird went to the Grant Street Neighborhood Center and saw it themselves. The center was empty full with kids but neither of them was doing homework only using computers.

While doing her research, she asks if her boss, Ed Masry, can help her throughout the proceedings of her research. While taking further action on her research, she starts to become more passionate about the case and wants justice to be served so that the residents do not have to go through this alone. Throughout the continuation of her research, she starts to interview and persuade the people who live near Donna Jensen and in Hinkley, California about the issue that is going on in the area. She also found a way to get a hold of some incriminating records as evidence and discussed this information with her boss, Ed Masry. While in court, the case was filed as a class-action lawsuit.

For the lead teacher interview assignment, I had the opportunity to sit down with and interview my son’s EC teacher from last year, Mrs. Hamm. Since my son started at the school last year, Mrs. Hamm has helped him in so many different ways. Mrs. Hamm has been teaching for over 20 years from her home state of Pennsylvania and more currently at Mount Energy Elementary School in Creedmoor, NC. Mrs. Hamm has been teaching at Mount Energy Elementary School in Creedmoor, NC for the last 12 years and recently awarded “Teacher of the Year”. Mrs. Hamm, up until this school year, was the main EC teacher for all grades Kindergarten through fifth grade at Mount Energy Elementary School. As of the present school year, the school district made the determination that she was over the acceptable number of students. As a result, they decided to hire an additional EC teacher and assistant to teach grades 3-5th and Mrs. Hamm would teach grades K-2. Mrs. Hamm was the teacher of 18 students until this decision was made, now with grades K-2, she has 9 students in her class.
Ewell had to get on to 1 of the boys for continuously making racist comments. She made him settle down by making him her assistant for today’s lecture over flower dissection. It seems as though Mrs. Ewell has not really found a classroom management strategy that works for this class. The students were not out of control, but if they were a little less rowdy, more could have been accomplished. She did not put much force into making the students participate. Although this is frustrating, I think it is a good decision because some days that may not be a battle worth fighting. I admire that Mrs. Ewell took the time today to do a hands-on lab with the students. I know she can get irritated with their behavior at times, but I could definitely tell they enjoyed today’s flower dissection. It gave them a chance to relate the vocabulary words they have been using to live flowers. The only thing I would do differently with the flower dissection is make sure to mention the safety precautions necessary when dealing with the sharp
A manager plays a pivotal role in steering the success and failure of the organization. As a budding manager, I wanted to get an insight about the daily activities of a manager and learn about their ‘typical day’. Therefore, an interview was scheduled, where the manager shared her views and gave invaluable advice on becoming an effective manager. This helped me in integrating the management concepts taught in the class and its implications in the real world.
Although small businesses do not make a lot of major deals with large investors, most small businesses create profit revenue greater than large corporations. Small business creators are very brave considering only ten percent of small businesses survive. Unfortunately, some communities do not support local small businesses; they only support the large brand name and force small businesses to die out. Since small businesses will not have a name brand known around the world, many people from communities will not support them because they are not known on a national scale. “This, in turn will affect the local economy and drive capital out of their local economy. On average, for every one hundred dollars spent in an economy, if spent on a

Answer – The selection procedure of most of the consulting firms is based on the case study. There were three interviews based on your ability to study cases followed by the final interview to select the best out of the best. The final interview takes a brief look over your structured thinking, problem solving skills and your communication skills as well. The perfect candidate is expected to be amiable as the job includes a lot of travelling. Though it differs from company to company, the crux is that the person should fit in. Since most of the projects are team based, the candidate is expected to be a good team player. Questions aren't based on your technical knowledge mostly.
