I Ghazale Goldooz (Defendant) interviewed Cynthia Lawrence (Plaintiff) on (06/16/2016). Upon the successful completion of her interview she chose to remain in office while a few Mad Science team members had a celebration. We gladly welcomed her into our work family and were happy to send her out on her first teaching assignment for our Crazy Chemistry camp with our long term customer Albany Recreation Center on (06/20/2016) after completing 2 hours of training led by Angelica Conner, who has trained all of our employees successfully for up to 4 years. It was to our great surprise when Rosemarie Chu of Albany Recreation Center called, texted and emailed me (Ghazale Goldooz) multiple times throughout the class requesting a new instructor. Not only was she late for the event by 20 minutes, the children were not enjoying themselves and the parents were so displeased Rosemarie was led to refund all parents for the entire day. With such negative feedback from a long term client of ours, we had no choice but to assign another instructor for the camp. Attached are documents providing proof of payment to client upon termination, proof that the plaintiff was aware and in agreement of our compensation policy as well as any other relevant documentation including Employers Compensation Insurance, Business License, and all correspondence between the plaintiff, defendant and associated businesses. It is our desire to fight said claim for further compensation and are in full compliance with any further information or paperwork
