I believe i will be an amazing staff member. A lot of staff members are inactive on insane prison (AU times) and i dont blame them. I have 2 years and 11 month as a Correctional Sergeant. In that time my experiences as a correctional sergeant has been both as an area supervisor for adult and youth offender programs section, segregation and a shift supervisor. As an area supervisor I have had to handle many different inmate issues to include but not limited to the following: conducting inmate disciplinary, handling inmate grievances, inmate property, inmate classifications, and disruptive inmates. As an area supervisor I was also in charge of many officers where I had to train and develop their skills being that most of them had under a year experience. In 2015 I was hand selected by both the Associated Warden and Warden to take over segregation to clean up the problems that were occurring in segregation.

I know that by doing my job, no matter how different each patient may be, that I have made a difference in someone’s life. I am very content in my job knowing that there is an increasing need in healthcare. With the demand of healthcare today, there will always be a demand for physicians, and with the need of physicians there will always be a need for medical assistants. In this profession the rewards and opportunities will only continue to grow, and there is not a better place to than here in America, because like Ralph Waldo Emerson (journalist, poet, philosopher, and essayist) once said, “America is another name for
I am very excited to be applying for the Supervisory Staff Administrator (SSA) position supporting the 327th Quartermaster Battalion. As I mentioned in our earlier conversation, the Decatur Civic Center offered Mr. Phillip Wright an opportunity to retain his part-time position at the Decatur Public Library facility as a Decatur Civic Center employee. In fact, on approximately the second week of April 2016, I personally met with Mr. Phillip Wright to offer him this opportunity. Mr. Robert Edwards, Assistant Librarian, was also in attendance at the meeting. At the meeting I informed Mr. Wright that we would be able to employ him between 25 – 30 hrs per week (as allowed by law for a part-time position without health insurance). Mr. Wright was actually making substantially higher hourly wage that we had budgeted for the position. However, I offered to match the hourly wage that he was currently receiving from the Decatur Public Library. Mr. Wright did voice a concern about the shift he would be working. Apparently, Mr. Wright

I just want to show potential in my abilities of being a Staff member and to tell you how I want to become Staff member and my past experiences! I will keep mean people, hacker, advertiser, out of mapper and spammer away from the HCF server (OxPvP). I see many players insulting each other or saying 'hacker' because they died. When I help the player they often take me not seriously and insult me too or they say things like 'You aren't mod'. I know, that doesn't give them the right to insult someone but If I get the Moderator status I would take action against them and warn them. If they refused what I said I would mute them for a few minutes. Hacking/Cheating/Glitching - First of all, if someone's hacking, there will most likely be hackusaters.
I want you to know that I’m not applying or trying to become a moderator for power, or a name on the server. I want to help keep things in order, help players have fun, and keep the server up and running! I play quite a lot, and there aren 't any staff members on when I’m on. If I were a moderator, I would be 100% dedicated to the server, and I would try my very best to be on as much as I can to help others....
I am an obligated and committed individual who is working to inspire change and growth through kindness and diligence. My family and friends would describe me as someone who is approachable, open-minded, warm-hearted, and sincere. My teachers have also commended me for my abilities to be reliable, logical, consistent, and creative. Something I am extremely proud of is my ability to be mature and sober-minded in times of stress. When I first started out with the role of Assistant Stage Manager (ASM) in our school's Theatre Company, I was extremely unaware of what my expectations were.
Continuing education and staff development are key components in ensuring that nurses stay abreast with best practices and current trends in nursing. In nursing, staff development is required for scientific development, social change and advancement in medical science. Staff development specialists play an important role within the hospital organization by providing instruction to hospital personal, including doctors and other ancillary staff. They also develop and teach curriculum and theory and provide continuing education programs for all of the hospital's nurses. When new products are introduced to the origination, they educate all healthcare professionals within that organization (Dorin Michelle, 2010). For these reason, I chose staff development specialist as my preferred nurse educator role.
