Strengths: Individualizations, Strategic, Relator, Includer, Arranger
After learning about my strengths, I realized how much I actually use my strengths in everyday life. My strengths include individualization, strategic, relator, includer and arranger.
Strategic is one strength that I probably commonly use when I'm at home. Growing up I would constantly be looking for any loopholes and ways to get out of doing something. Being strategic comes to its advantages but it also has its down sides. However, when put into some situations such as playing games, escape rooms, etc. I would have to try to help my team or partner and I find the best way to do something. From when its hanging out with friends to when it’s the new kid at school, church, and even new member of a sport team. Growing up I realized that it shouldn’t matter the age or how different the person is everyone should be included. This will help me when I'm in different clubs and organizations and teams. Such as being in science club or even doing study groups you want everyone to feel included and important.
Arranger is a very helpful skill it helps me know where everything is and keeps me organized. Arranging things to the way that I think or want them to be helps me know where everything is when I need something. This comes helpful in study groups and science club because of how you have to stay organized. Even having things, a certain way might help me to my advantage in studying.
Relator is another big part of life I can relate to people on many levels. Which comes in handy when one of my friends or a person just seems off and not their usual self. I would ask what's wrong and find a way to relate and help out any way I can. I do my best to relate to people in clubs such as science club and try to relate or understand what the person is kind of saying. So that if others had confusion on what the person was saying that I can help explain to them what they

After completing the Clifton strength finders test, I learned my dominant strengths and it gave me a sense on what areas I am strong in. It allows you to work in the areas that you are good in and not in the ones you might not be as strong in. My top five strengths were learner, connectedness, belief, positivity, and includer. A lot of these I figured I would have because I am an athlete and I love to be positive. That is good because I practice these strengths every day which in turn will make me better at them and will allow me to use them in my career.
These strengths and weaknesses were mainly discovered through the papers that we have written. I have many strengths when I’m writing papers and at the same time, I have many weaknesses. In my papers, I have noticed that one of my biggest strengths is how articulate I am. The papers that have been written by myself show that I structured sentences to present ideas in different ways. It is not straightforward and boring when ideas are presented. I like to keep the reader hooked on my paper. In order to keep up with this strength, I like to read articles. The articles I read are typically the ones that present new ideas or start arguments. This is one of my strengths that I am very proud

My five strengths according to the strength finder include; balance, this helps me be aware of treating all people equally regardless of the situation. I am neither in anyone 's favor or against anyone as this to me is selfishness and individualism. This would result in a situation where some people scale heights due to connections while others are lagging behind. I believe that a consistent environment where the rules apply to everyone is the best for individuals to function best (Rath, 2007). Flexibility is my next strength. By knowing that things do not always work out as planned has helped me change the tactics of how I perform my tasks. I do not always expect to have a smooth flow of opportunities or accomplish goals, but
My top strength is Individualization. To me, this strength means the ability to figure people out and understand the true uniqueness of others. With this strength, I am able to make things run smoothly and, at the same time, able to involve everyone in a group. The next strength I have is strategic, which enables me to find alternative ways to deal with problems. Therefore, I am also able to make things run smoothly and according to plan. In addition to these two strengths, my third strength is competitive which measures how successful I am compared against others. This is great because it helps me to endure and work hard in order to make it to the top. My fourth strength is restorative which is a talent that helps me to deal with any problems that may arise and ensure that things continue going according to plan. This strength means that I can endure and overcome any adversity that comes my way. My last strength is achiever. This is a strength that helps me to work hard and always be productive. Being an achiever maintains my ability to always keep going and to constantly feel the need to be productive.

The internal factors are our strengths and weaknesses. Also considered are opportunities and threats, which are external influences that can have a positive or negative impact on the ability to achieve our goals. I will also discuss techniques I will use to leverage my strengths and understand my weaknesses. In addition, I will consider opportunities that I can take advantage of and the threats that can possibly impede my progress.
One of my greatest strengths at work that I have recognized would have to be my ability to be a well-organized individual. I tend to write what I have to do down on paper and prioritize what is more important to least important. In doing this, it helps me organize and accomplish my work and meet deadlines that are important. A personal strength that I have at home is patience. I am a mother of a beautiful three year old little girl who is a handful. Patience is my greatest strength as a parent and individual which I possess especially being a single mother. I am a dedicated and hard working mother and I always make sure that my daughter gets the love and attention she needs.
