Such as, we can know what the most of consumers like and dislike, it can give us the idea to produce our future product that can attract more people to buy
Several possible legal issues are evident in the scenario. In this scenario, the name Hallowed would receive protection as a trademark since it is a word that distinguishes the product from others. A trademark is understood as a design, symbol, phrase or word or a mix of these that distinguishes and identifies the source of the goods of one firm from those of other firms. A trade dress basically refers to the visual impression which is created by the totality of every element utilized in packaging or presenting a service or good for sale. In essence, it gives the product an identifiable and distinct look (Jameson 212). The name Hallowed cannot be a trade dress since it is not a visual expression, but rather a name.

They are both very powerful tools for team skill building. When team members can identify with the models and learn to move through each stage successfully, it can set organizational standards to new highs. Every business professional should want to keep a copy of these models on his desk because of the growing dependence of teams in organizations. After all, no one wants to be on the losing team. The ineffective team gives no pleasure or feeling of accomplishment to anyone involved!

An emphasis on quality can be applied to many business operations. Real-world businesses can and should focus on quality at all levels of the organization. He states that the organizational consultant embodies the skills needed to assist the client in investigating the correct solutions for the problem. The second model of the process consulting is the facilitator model. Unlike the catalyst model, a consultant using the facilitator model has potential solutions, however, instead of immediately implementing those solutions the consultant works with the client to problem

The technology that I have decided to focus on is called Skype. Skype is a communications software that has broken down many walls to communication. With an Internet-connected device, families, friends and colleagues can get together for free with messaging, voice and video. At little charge, Skype can also permit the user to call landlines or mobile devices practically anywhere on the globe. Skype has recently introduced group video, allowing groups of more than two people to video chat together no matter how far apart they actually are. It is a very well-known program that is a part of Microsoft and is used frequently among today’s generation. The service is available for desktop computers, notebook and tablet computers and other mobile devices, including mobile phones. Skype is known to be an internet protocol telephony service provider. IP telephony is a general term for the technologies that use the Internet connections to exchange voice, fax, and other forms of information that have traditionally been carried over the by telephone networks (Rouse, 2010).
