This is a passion someone has to have, something you love to do. It’s not something everyone can do, but it is something only certain people enjoy doing. Hair is a passion for many, as well as learning to dye a person's hair, seeing people really enjoy their haircut or the way that it is fixed, it can be very encouraging for the stylist. For some people it is a time to relax and be away from their kids for a little while. If you love to talk to people and to listen to them then there is no better job for you. Talking to them about their life or their family or just simply listening to them talk then this job may be the one for you. Some of the best hair stylist are men, they can do both male and female hair. Most men do other men’s hair. Women of course do both. Men work in Barbra shops and women work in salons in some cases it is different. More women are in this field rather than men, however that doesn’t mean men aren’t good at what they do. In High school there is a program not everyone gets in, but you can start your school early of course it takes longer, but you can still do it. Not everyone decides to take this path, however it can be a cheaper way. It is extremely cheap actually, it only cost a student around 500 dollars to take this course during high school, but there are other routes to become a cosmetologist. Community college is the next best option, but is more expensive than taking it in High School, although talking it in a beauty school is the most expensive option.
You’re never too young to start trying to figure out where you want to go, or where the best place there is for you to study. In High school it can be hard to find classes that fit cosmetology careers. Not everyone has a lot of experience with cutting hair because most people aren’t going to let you practice on them, unless you know people who will let you practice or you spend a lot of money on a mannequin then you most likely don’t have the correct
