Teaching is not an easy profession neither an easy job to do. The following conditions are some of the cases that we faced as TP students in the school and how it was solved. The first case that we faced was fighting with classmates, two boys were joking with each other, it turned into a fight and the teacher immediately stopped the students and asked them to stand in the corner at the back of the class and then he talked with them after giving an activity to the other students. The second case was bullying, one of the boys was taking other students' pocket money by forcing them to pay so the teacher talked with the administration and then the school contacted his family and looked after the reasons behind that. The third case was crying, a little girl is sitting in the front of the class and she always cries when the school bill ring because she is afraid that her sister will leave her inside the school so the teacher immediately ask her to go outside the class and wait until he finish the lesson. Finally, after all the dissections between our group members, we recognized that the most interesting behavioral concern was stealing; a fourth grade boy was stealing from his classmate without anyone knowing about him and that affected the learning in the class. The reason behinds' choosing this dangerous behavioral concern is that stealing leads to a lot of problems within the classroom environment itself and it distract the learning process. So this essay is a small analyzing for this behavioral problem and it aims to talk about the main reasons behind it and what are some of the suggestions that can be used to solve it. In addition, how does it affect the students and the teachers. Small businesses may be at particular risk due to a lack of high-tech internal controls that larger organizations may have. All human societies and communities have basic ethical principles that constitute certain moral codes. People formulated these principles and rules many centuries ago; they are fundamentals that structure human behavior and as such are included in all major religious and ethical systems. One of these basic rules is “do not steal”, something children are taught from their very early age. In our rapidly developing and dramatically changing contemporary world, ethical issues and problems are becoming ever more important and urgent. Maintaining basic ethical principles in a variety of settings and conditions requires more than accepting major moral values; it calls for courage, commitment, character, and strong and flexible reasoning and judgment. Ethical principles have been developed by different philosophical teachings and theories that analyze and structure worldview principles including, as one of their basic parts, ethical issues. In their everyday life, people often use words “good” or “bad” defining by them what they understand as ethical, or moral behavior or that which is immoral or unethical. They normally make no discrimination between ethics and morality, although the former “seems to pertain to the individual character of a person or persons, whereas morality seems to point to the relationships between human beings” (Thiroux Jacques P.20). The simple definitions of “good” and “bad”, however, turn out to be complicated and even controversial when we try to formulate consistently the principles that underpin them or define standards for judging and evaluating these norms.
In light of my School Experience (SE), I will be analysing, discussing and evaluating an aspect of classroom practice. The practice that I have chosen is ‘Behaviour Management’. Behaviour management plays a key role within the classroom and there are a number of techniques used by teachers on a day to day basis. I will look at these techniques in detail, analysing and evaluating them with the work of behaviour management authors and also taking into account my SE observations.

Therefore, as a creative and innovative teacher, we should always try to equip different teaching styles or strategies and thus including many teaching aids or any visuals in our teaching so that the students are being motivated to engage themselves in fun and attracting teaching and learning process. We can also always refer to any experts such as the counsellors or any other superior authorities, if we confront with severe misbehaviour or special needs students to guide and assist us during our teaching in the classrooms.

There are students with learning difficulties which will affect the teaching learning process. Also teachers will be able to identify different cognitive levels and learning styles. Some students learn through audio, some need to see visually while some of them learn by writing. So as teachers we need to have all these learning styles in a lesson to fulfill each individual. Planning should be done accurately which helps in the teaching learning process.
