SOURCE OF ACTIVITY: At approximately 2130 on April 19th, 2014, I was dispatched by the Levelland Police Department Dispatcher to the Alamo Trailer Park space #35. The dispatcher advised she was receiving multiple 911 calls from residents living in the area indicating a large fight in progress and shots fired. I activated my overhead lights and audible siren and advised dispatch I would be en-route. While en-route dispatch advised she was now receiving 911 calls regarding suspects in a white SUV trying to run people over. OFFICER OBSERVATIONS AND INVESTIGATION: While en-route I overheard SGT Tindel advised he was in the area. SGT Tindel then advised he was attempting to stop a vehicle in the area but they were refusing to stop. I advised SGT Tindel I was close to the area and needed to know the direction of travel of the fleeing vehicle. SGT Tindel advised the vehicle came to a stop in front of space #38 in the Alamo Trailer Park and he now had three subjects held at gunpoint. Myself and Officer Garza arrived on scene and observed three male suspects lying face down on the ground. Myself and Officer Garza secured the three male suspects in handcuffs while SGT Tindel provided lethal cover. SGT Tindel placed two of the male suspects, later identified as Alejandro Olivares and Armando Delgado in the back seat of his patrol unit. Officer Garza placed the third male suspect, later identified as Christopher Benites in the back seat of his patrol unit. Deputy Lawless and Deputy Ross (Hockley County Sheriff’s Office) arrived at our location along with Trooper Ramos (Texas Department of Public Safety). Officer Garza advised he was going to make contact with the residents at space #38 who was still standing on the front porch. W... ... middle of paper ... ...d a phone call from Deputy Ross who was located at Covenant Emergency Room with Deputy Lawless. Deputy Ross advised the two walk-in patients the emergency room received where involved with the incident that occurred at the Alamo Trailer Park. Deputy Ross advised both individuals sustained severe injuries. Deputy Ross advised one of the patients, later identified as Jaime Ornelas-Gonzales sustained a severe laceration on his right bicep, a possible stab wound to the base of his skull, and several other small cuts on his body. Deputy Ross advised the second patient, later identified I told Deputy Ross to get the information from the patients and begin photographing the injuries, he agreed (photos attached to the report). I also asked Deputy Ross to stay at the emergency room with the patients until officers from this department could speak to them, he agreed.
Once the motel manager confirmed that a Summer Twilligear had rented room 114, Deputy Shanks, Sergeant Walls, Deputy Galloway, Deputy Phifer, and Deputy Timms went to the hotel to see whether this “Gunner Crapser” was the wanted man, and to attempt a “knock and talk” as a way to gain consent to search the room and look for signs of methamphetamine activity (FindLaw, 2007, Factual and Procedural Background section, para. 4). All of the officers were in uniform with their guns visible besides Deputy Timms who was in plain clothes with a concealed weapon.

On 11/23/17, at approximately 1718 hours, I escorted Inmate Lemke, Tyler T372795 out of Durango 6 for questioning. I read Inmate Lemke his Miranda Rights from the standard issued Miranda Rights Card. I asked If Inmate Lemke understood his rights? Inmate Lemke stated, "Yes." I asked Inmate Lemke if he was willing to answer any of my questions? Inmate Lemke stated, "Yes." I asked Inmate Lemke If he knew if there was any known contraband discovered in his cell (#17) on 11/22? Inmate Lemke stated, "No." I asked Inmate Lemke if he was sure he had no idea that there was a shank in his cell? Inmate Lemke stated, "No." I asked Inmate Lemke If he knew who the shank belonged to? Inmate Lemke stated, "No."
On 01-05-16 at 1042 hours, Officer Cass #2067 and I responded to 881 N. Raymond Avenue for a female yelling and hitting vehicles with an axe. Sergeant Villalovos #9034, Officer Allen #0311 and Officer ???? responded to assist.
The case involved a line of duty shooting that took place between Illinois Officer Mary Redmond and suspect Ricky Allen, whom Redmond fatally wounded, and revolved around the family’s excessive force complaint, which they filed on the grounds that the witness testimony differed from Redmond’s account. On 12-22-15 at approximately 0859 hours, Officer Banuelos #0789 was contacted by a witness in regards to a PC 211-Robbery Strong Arm investigation. The victim was waiting at the “Rose City Lavanderia” located at 730 N. Los Robles Avenue. The victim was standing inside of the location as the unknown suspect approached and grabbed her cellular telephone from her left hand. The unknown male Hispanic fled the location on foot and headed southbound on the east sidewalk of Los Robles Avenue and out of sight.
On 04-29-16 at approximately 0951 hours, I was dispatched to 120 W. Bellevue Drive regarding a grand theft auto report. Upon my arrival, I contacted Victim Richard Henry Garcia, who told me the following:
On Wednesday, January 4, 2016 at 1400 hrs. at the 84th Precinct, I conferred with the reporter, Sgt. Cheesewright, Field Intelligence Officer, PBBN. He stated that he executed a search warrant at 765 Park Avenue 2nd Floor, Brooklyn, NY. The target of the search warrant was Mr. Alexander Atkins who lives on the 2nd floor. He was observed previously by a CI in possession of a firearm. During the search warrant, Mr. Atkins was found in one bedroom while PAA Marcia Mackey was in another bedroom, both on the 2 nd Floor of the house. PAA Mackey immediately identified herself as a member of the service to ESU members, who in turn notified Sgt. Cheesewright. Mr. Atkins was asked by Sgt. Cheesewright if he possessed anything that he was not suppose to have in the room and he admitted to having several glassines of heroine for personal use.
At approximately 1724 hours on February 1, 2016, I, Cpl. Lessane, along with Deputy Eubanks, responded to 701 Boles Road, in the Cummings area of Hampton County, to meet with Florena Johnson, regarding an incident that occurred on a School bus with her daughter. During the disturbance on the School bus, a juvenile was threatened and felt fearful for her safety by three other subjects. Juvenile was told by the subjects, they were on the way to her residence; threatening to cause bodily injuries. The juvenile mother notified Law Enforcement and filed a Police report. No suspect (s) were on scene or in the area upon the arrival of deputies. The complainant was advised to call 911 if the subject (s) arrive at the residence at a later
On Wednesday, August 29, 2015, at approximately 2:31 p.m., I, second shift Assault Detective Matthew Grasham, Badge #1661, along with second shift Assault Detective Russ Henslee, Badge #2131, conducted an interview with CARLISA CARTER. Ms. Carter was identified as a witness in this incident by Defense Attorney William Ireland. The following is a summarization of the interview:
On 06/09/18, at approximately 1:32pm, I Deputy Warden N. Christian with Franklin County Animal Care and Control (FCACC) was dispatched to 599 Stanley Ave, on a dangerous or vicious investigations(dog owner's address). I arrived on scene at approximately 1:48pm. I walked to the above stated location, there was a group of four unknown male individuals. I asked if my complainant Kathy Lewis and or victim Lia Lewis was available. A unknown male just pointed next door (597 Stanley Ave). I went to that location and met with dog owner Melissa Phillips. I explained to Ms. Phillips that we received a complaint in regards to a dog biting someone. Ms. Phillips, initially denied that anything occurred. Ms. Phillips provided me with a hypnotically story of " if someone was in her backyard and her dog was on a leash and got bit, could she be held responsible. I advised Ms. Phillips it depends on the circumstances. I advised Ms. Phillips its hard for me to determine who's at fault since I am still looking to speak to complainant/victim.

On 01/30/16 I arrived at 3810 Driskill Drive in reference to a disturbance involving a North Little Rock police officer. Upon arrival I made contact with the complainant, Aimee Stepp. Mrs. Stepp said that her daughter, Katherine Kuykendall, and her ex-husband, Terry Kuykendall, had been in a physical altercation and that she, Mrs. Stepp, had an audio recording of the event on her cellular telephone. Mrs. Stepp also stated that her daughter had just sent her a text message stating that she was ok.

On 3/18/17 at approximately 2034 hours, my partner, Officer Thebeau #8402, and I, Officer Harrell #3441 were working patrol assigned as unit 3A22. We were in full police uniform and operating a black and white marked police vehicle. We received a radio call of numerous subjects fighting near the intersection of Villa Ave and Lake St. The comments of the call stated one of the subjects involved possibly had a knife. We responded code-3 from Marengo Ave and Orange Grove Blvd.
