On 01/30/16 I arrived at 3810 Driskill Drive in reference to a disturbance involving a North Little Rock police officer. Upon arrival I made contact with the complainant, Aimee Stepp. Mrs. Stepp said that her daughter, Katherine Kuykendall, and her ex-husband, Terry Kuykendall, had been in a physical altercation and that she, Mrs. Stepp, had an audio recording of the event on her cellular telephone. Mrs. Stepp also stated that her daughter had just sent her a text message stating that she was ok. I entered the Kuykendall residence where I found Deputy Akins talking with Mr. Kuykendall and Katherine. I heard Mr. Kuykendall say that Mrs. Stepp was late dropping Katherine off for her weekend visit. Mr. Kuykendall said this happens
On February 28, 2018, at approximately 1018 hours, Investigator Mems conducted a recorded interview with witness, Shirley Youngblood, at Pulaski County Criminal Investigations Division. Ms. Youngblood agreed to make a statement in reference to terroristic threatening which occurred at 915 McCoy Road in Little Rock, AR. On 06/29/2016 at approximately 2106 Arlington Police Department were dispatched to a domestic violence call at 18112 31st AVE NE, Arlington, WA 98223. Involved parties are Leonard, Andreu A. (09/25/1999) and Leonard, Frank J. (11/23/1977).
There have been multiple indicated reports with Ms. Peterson as the perpetrator for cuts/welts and bruises. Ms. Peterson has utilized excessive corporal punishment i.e. belt when disciplining Anthony. On August 15, 2012, officers responded to a responded to a reported kidnapping by the victim. When officers arrived, they met with the victim who explained she had come to the house as a call out dancer. A male subject, later identified as Thomas Lundahl, the defendant answered the door and pulled her in the house then began talking to her. The victim told the officers Mr. Lundahl had a knife on his hip and was wearing a ball cap embodied with “FBI” (Federal Bureau of Investigation). Due to the hat the victim asked if he was FBI or a task force, the defendant responded that she was going to wish he was the F.B.I. An unidentified young female came out of a room with duct tape. The victim believing she was in danger attempted to use her telephone; but, Mr. Lundahl knocked it out of her hand. The young female taped up the victim’s calves, hands, and mouth; the tape was not secure very well on the victim’s hands or mouth.
INVESTIGATION: At 0825 hours, this writer along with Sgt. Murchison responded to the command post located at M-1 place of abode. Upon arrival on the scene we were met by officer Hamrick of the Metropolitan Police Department, 4th District. This writer asked Officer Hamrick what had been done prior to Youth And Family Services Division responding to the scene. Officer Hamrick told this writer the inside and outside premised were checked with negative results
Smithville's police force wishes to increase "visibility" in town. The hope is that this will decrease crime rate. However, this would mean some significant changes to the operations of the police department. This arguement raises questions about the effectiveness of this new tactic.
On 04/24/2017 at approximately 0800 hrs, I was informed by the PD secretary that a female and her daughter needed to speak to me about an issue. In the front PD lobby, I made contact with Loretta Bustos (DOB-11/18/1977), and her daughter Sydney Vanzandt (DOB-07-04-2000) in refernence to a child custody question. Bustos advised her daughter Sydney and Dylan Vanzandt had a child together, but are going to divorce soon. Bustos mentioned that the child is currently being held at Dylan's residence with his family, but wants her daughter to also have the child because she feel's they won't let her see or take the child with her.
Escobar. It was apparent that she was suffering from back pain, I asked her if the pain had been a preexisting condition before tonight and if she needed medical attention. She said that she had always had back pain and that she did not want medical attention. I then ID’ed Ms. Escobar, dispatch confirmed she did not have any warrants. I then proceeded to ask Ms. Escobar if either her or Ms. Brazell had called 911, she denied that either of them had attempted to reach 911. I then asked her how she and Ms. Brazell knew each other, she explained that they have been roommates for the last 3 years. I asked if they had been any arguing tonight and she confirmed they had been arguing and that the argument was about Ms. Brazell not paying her portion of the rent. Ms. Escobar explained that she had finally had enough of it and lost her temper. I asked if the argument got physical at any point, she then said, “No” and that she just tipped over a chair and that it had not hit Ms. Brazell. I asked if arguments like this occurred in the past, she explained that this was the first time this had happened. The Baltimore City police have faced a myriad of problems in the last year. The riots following the Freddie Gray arrest were reported around the country and created a situation where the Governor was forced to call in the National Guard to protect the city. Community leaders report that African American’s are stopped, searched and arrested at a far greater number than Caucasian’s. The Baltimore city police are at an impasse with the community at this time, it is up to the city leaders and the police officials to come up with some real solutions to the issues that can no longer be ignored.
On Saturday 12/10/2016 at about 2210 hours, I, Officer Steven Evans responded to a dispatched call (51D) Disorderly Patient in E.D. for room #40 and this was Security third call tonight for this room. The patient, Debra Lynn Bolger (DOB: 06/28/58–Fin #86564069), once again had gotten out of her room and walked over to the nurses’ station in violent and threatening manner. Patient Bolger knocked down a Laptop that was on the desk next to the Nurse. Upon arrival, at 2211 hours I observed the patient agitated in her room and Nurse Jacquelyn Vaninguen overwhelmed by the incident. The Uniform Crime Report, which was developed in the 1930s, is commonly used by the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a record of crimes committed all across the United States. These crimes, which fall under two categories, Part I and Part II offenses, are reported by local police to the Federal Bureau of Investigation each year. Part I offenses are considered to be the more serious of crimes recognized by society. Such examples of this are homicide, forcible rape, robbery, arson, motor vehicle theft, etc. Part II offenses are those that are considered less serious, such as fraud, simple assault, drug abuse, gambling, stolen property, embezzlement, etc. Part I crimes can also be subdivided into what are known as violent crimes and property crimes. On Wednesday the 28th of December, 2016 I was tasked to work out of the station on the truck GF15 partnered with a Senior Constable. About 10:00 pm that night police responded to a call of Malicious Damage via police radio at a residence in North east Griffith. At approximately 2313 hours dispatch received a call from a concerned friend of a student names Olivia Bradely later identified by Shocker ID A776S542. Dispatch gathered information from the reporting party and then called the squad room. Dispatch advised they were getting a call of a possible suicidal student at Shocker Hall. Dispatch advised the female who we needed to check on was in Shocker Hall room D3090. I informed dispatch via radio I would be heading to Shocker Hall.
